remind that these signs should be kept in the correct place and always be kept clean to ensure
that the sign content can be clearly read. When cleaning the signs, do not use organic solvents
or gasoline, otherwise it would peel off the sign. If some of the signs are damaged, lost or cannot
read normally, they should be replaced with new ones timely. For details about the part number of

The standard thickness of adjusting spacer
between the piston rod and cap of blade lift cylinder

5.3 Adjustment for ripper

The ripper can be used with dozer blade and features two shapes: single shank shape and
multi-shank shape.

5.3.1#T-0/!%734.=#*!??+*

Its structure is shown in Fig 5-5.

It is a mechanism with four connecting rods
which is installed on the rear part of the rack. The
bracket (1), connecting rod (2), connecting yoke
(3) and beam (4) are hinged with each other, so no
matter how ripping cylinder operates, when tooth
tip is used for cutting soil, the optimum digging

cutting angle can be ensured.
On the beam (4), there are two groups of holes
that can obtain two installation positions. The tooth
!"#S%S#
tip (5) can be installed by turning over 180 degree
after using for some time to lengthen its service
life.
For the hard land, it can work with one middle
tooth or two teeth at two sides.

For the ripper, mainly adjust the ripping depth

and digging angles of ripper shank.
There are two ways to adjust ripping depth: as
shown in Fig 5-6, one is to control the cylinder (1)
by the control lever, and this adjustment may be

is used. However, to increase the ripping depth,
use the upper pin hole.

Digging angle is changed by adjusting

the ripper control lever. The oil inlet quantity

in the big and small chambers of cylinder (2)
determines the digging angle of shank (3).

5.3.3 Replacement for tooth tip and tooth sleeve of ripper toothed bar
In case of any severe wear, tooth tip and tooth sleeve of ripper toothed bar can be replaced. As
shown in Fig. 5-7, use hammer to strike the pin (3) out. Then the three tooth tips can be displaced

with each other according to different wearing conditions, so as to prolong their service life.

When hoisting operation is needed during bulldozer transportation, carry out the operation as
shown in Fig 6-1. Make sure that the rope is reliable and is locked before hoisting, avoid the load-
bearing parts from directly contacting with the edges and corners of bulldozer, and pad square
timbers under the track corners.

6.1.2 Vehicle transport

Be familiar with and comply with various road rules and restrictions of vehicles transport
etc. Before crossing bridges and tunnels, determine the bearing weight of bridges and spacial
dimension of tunnels. It would be best if a special loading and unloading platform is provided. When
using a ladder to load or unload the vehicle on the trailer, as shown in Fig 6-2, the following rules
shall be complied with:
