VideoTesT-Metal software is used for automatic steel

and Alloys structure quality control by techniques of
metallographic analysis and technological processes of
metallurgical treatment as well as increasing results of
control accuracy and reliability.

During analysis by any available standard the analyzer

Simultaneously performs measurements and
calculations by methodologically similar methods
enabling to view and print out the report with analysis
results for each standard.

VideoTesT Structure

VideoTesT-Structure software is designed to analyze

images in material science and to solve a wide range of
tasks over evaluating of natural and artificial materials
structure (rocks and minerals, powders, oils, and lubricants,
plastics, metals, ceramics, etc.)

laboratory control, carrying out forensic expertise,

General-purpose software VideoTesT-Size in developed for specialists working with

VideoTesT Album
VideoTesT-Album 4.0 software is a database destined for inputting, storing and
further quick searching images and associated information (tables, graphs, texts,
video and audio information, etc.). VideoTesT database is an add-on integrated into
VideoTesT software. It is capable of interacting with other Windows applications.

Every VideoTesT application has such built-in database that makes the software
more adaptable and a general-purpose tool for a user.

• Acquisition images via TV and digital cameras (8, 10, 12, 16-bit), scanner,
opening images from files, pasting them from Windows Clipboard;
• Storing images in compressed form without loss of image quality, it allows
saving hard disk space;
• Appending additional information to the images;
 • Multilevel sorting and quick information search by keywords, categories and
numeric data, information selection by user-defines conditions;

 VideoTesT Sperm
VideoTesT-Sperm software enables to count spermatozoa number in test material,
to assess spermatozoa motility and morphological factors. Parameters analysis is
performed in accordance with WHO (World Health Organization) recommendations.
The software is destined to equip workplaces of specialists dealing with sperm
analysis-andrologists, embryologists and researchers in the fields of male
contraception and reproductive toxicology. Using computer aided sperm analysis
(CASA) has a number of advantages in comparison with visual evaluating additional
motility factors such as track speed (velocity of spermatozoa motion along individual
tracks), progressive velocity, and linearity as well as morphological factors
evaluating.

VideoTesT-ZooSperm software is for specialists working at semen quality control in
public and commercial centers of artificial insemination of farm animals. For fresh
sperm quality control the software allows evaluating both total spermatozoa
concentration and progressive motile spermatozoa (A class) concentration on a
sample being tested and in ejaculate together with calculating number of
insemination doses. VideoTesT-ZooSperm software is developed for bull semen
quality research. On customer’s demand specialists of our company can develop
and include in the software new additional methods for semen of other animal’s
quality research.

VideoTesT-CGH software is developed for automatic analysis of human
chromosomes anomalies. Comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) is a molecular
cytogenetic technique to detect structural chromosome anomalies. CGH technique
provides the whole genome analysis within one experiment.

Main software features:

• Acquiring stacks of metaphase plate images with

hybridized DNA (using DAPI, FITC and TRITC
filters);
• Calculating fluorescence ratio, which designates
the ratio between the intensity of the green
fluorescence (the DNA being tested) and the red
one (the reference DNA) and creating a color
coded image according to the calculated
fluorescence ratio;
• Visualizing chromosome regions with deletions
and Amplifications;
• Construction fluorescence ratio profiles
(FITC/TRITC) of each Chromosome;
