Quarter 4 – Module 12: Reach for the Stars
Gabay sa Magulang/Tagapangalaga
Ang modyul na ito ay tungkol sa kung paano magpatupad ng mga hakbang patungo sa pagsasakatuparan ng napiling propesyon at
bokasyon batay sa pamantayang internasyonal. Layunin nito na ang bawat mag-aaral ay malaman ang kanilang mga layunin, makapaglista
ng mga hakbang upang makamit ang kanilang mga layunin at makagawa ng mga plano upang makamit ang mga layunin o mithiin sa buhay.
Ang inyong paggabay ay kailangan upang matagumpay namaisakatuparan ng mag-aaral ang mga tagubilin; at upang
masiguradong maisagawa at masasagot ang mga gawain at katanungan (Processing Questions).
Mahalaga ang inyong patnubay upang ipaliwanag sa mag-aaral ang mga tagubilin at ang mga pamamaraan ng pagsagot sa mga
tanong sa bawat bahagi ng gawain. Gabayan siya sa pagbabasa, pagsusulat, paggamit ng gunting o matutulis na bagay at pagdidikit ng
larawan. Tiyakin na sasagutin niya ang bawat bahagi ng modyul nang tapat. Siguraduhing maipapasa niya ang kanyang sinagutang papel
sa petsa at oras na itinakda ng kanyang gurong-tagapayo. Para sa mga katanungan, makipag-ugnayan sa kanyang gurong-tagapayo.

you want to be in the future. It will also discuss ways on how you can achieve your ambitions in life.

Let’s Explore This
Suggested Time Allotment: 30 minutes
On a sheet of paper, write what you want to be when you grow up. Draw at least three things that is
related to your goal.
Example:
I want to be a Basketball player.
ring – the player needs to shoot the ball in the ring
ball – the player needs to hit the ball
basketball uniform – the player needs to wear proper attire
Processing Question:
1. Why are these things important to your goals?
2. What did you do to find the things that are listed in your paper?

Keep in Mind
Goals are what you like to do. To be able to reach your goals you must act or do something to
achieve it. Goals can be small or big tasks and can be done in a short time or long time to finish it.
Remember that the goals must be realistic and can be done.
Here are some tips in achieving your goals. Start with the small goals, then move to bigger goals. If
you fail to do a task in achieving your goal, try again until you achieve it. Do not lose hope. Ask the help of
family members if you need assistance in doing a task or in achieving your goal.
