Introduction

Teaching is the most challenging profession of

all professions. It deals not only with efficacy and
knowledge but also with patience and diversity. The
teacher’s love and care are priceless. It also inspires
students to keep moving until they are successful.

Furthermore, the knowledge shared by the teachers

is unforgettable, particularly because it pertains to
the student’s everyday life. Words have great power,
and if they are utilized constructively, they can
influence everyone in the world have a better outlook
on life.

The hardships of the teachers are the success of the

students. Developing students' knowledge and
abilities through academics and life experiences is
the teacher's aim.

Teacher’s Prayer

Dear Almighty God,

I pray for protection for me and for the
students. Give me the strength to spread your
words so that they will know you exist. Guide me
through my journey and take away those
hindrances waiting ahead. I believe in you, and I
know you will be so proud of me if I change the
world through the way I teach academics with your
words.

Lend me your hand when I don't know what to do.

Show me the light when I wanted to give up.
Without you, I feel that I will not be successful.
With you, there is always hope for every challenge.
With you, we will survive. Thank you for
everything.

In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.

Beliefs on Teaching and
Learning (Pre)
Teaching is a crucial job for educators because
students’ futures depend on it. Effective learning requires
teachers to use both pre- and post-teaching. In my
opinion, pre-teaching includes activities that are carried
out both before and during the class discussion. It
includes the teacher’s objective of figuring out what
students need to learn. Teachers will come up with the
best plan for students who are struggling to cope with the
discussion. The teacher will explain the directions so that
the students understand how to answer them, ensuring a
seamless exam or activity. Students who receive pre-
teaching and learning are better able to respond
appropriately to questions or finish tasks on time. A
resourceful teacher should be recognized not just for their
job but also for the way they can get students to listen and
learn every day through complex exercises that they have
never done before, making them eager to perform before
and during class. To improve and grow students' minds,
pre-teaching relies not only on activities but also on their
collaboration and knowledge exchange for mutual
benefit. If the teachers are competent, students will
continuously learn.

6
Beliefs on Teaching and
Learning (Post)
If students are interested in discussion, no one will
fall behind in class. I believe that if the teacher is creative
with the topic-related assignments, all students will be
engaged. It piques students' interest, so they will study.
Post-teaching can help determine whether students
learned anything from the discussion. Post-teaching can
also be used to ask students to review prior or new
lectures. Exciting after-class activities offered by a teacher
can help students remember the lecture and complete
their tasks on time.

The efficacy of teachers' instruction is maintained by

post-teaching. This will allow for the identification of the
best teaching methods for each student in the classroom.
Pre- and post-teaching are important since they help
assess what students still need to learn for their
development and whether they have learned anything.
This will make it easier for teachers to educate in a
structured and efficient manner. If a student can listen
and participate in activities, he or she will learn quickly.
If all students are eager to learn, teachers will have an
easier time teaching.

Introduction to the School Environment
Focus: Orientation and Understanding the School’s
Culture

“Education is the key, but experience is important”. We won’t learn if we don’t

experience it. The school where I deployed is Alaminos City National High School. My first
impression to this school was that the school staff and students were snobs, but they are so
kind, demure and approachable. The students have a courtesy and well-disciplined. They
will greet me when they see me walking in the hallway. The school staff aura is very
welcoming. The environment of this school is good, clean and green, and the facilities are
well-organized. The teachers have a great relationship with their students because during the
discussion of the teacher, there is a bond wherein they both do jokes with each other. That
is good to see because there is no pressure and a bad atmosphere. The students will have the
energy to listen and enjoy the class with less boredom. My expectations for this deployment
are more paper works to do, helping my resource teacher record grades or outputs, and
having a stronger bond with the students. For my one-week experience, I already love to do
my job as an observer and pre-service teacher. I expect to stay more often so that when I
start my practice teaching soon, I will know the places of the school. I also expect that I do
not feel happy while observing, because in the first place, I do not want to become a teacher
and this is my parent’s choice. But now, here I am, enjoying what I learned. I will continue
to learn and observe those students with different attitudes until I am a successful teacher
someday. Little by little, I love the feeling of interacting with the students and teach them if
they do not know something. I felt proud and relieved, and that is priceless.

Maybe someday I will help all the students and teach them with all my heart. I want to be a
good teacher where there is no pressure while I am discussing. And I will let my students
enjoy and learn. I know that this profession is so tiring, but little did they know that this
profession is challenging and enjoyable. For me, being a teacher is not easy, but when the
students become successful, the feeling is fulfilling. Everyone has their own way to be
successful, but we all know teachers have an important role in our lives because without
them, there is no flight attendants, engineers, soldier and such. No one will shape us, no one
will give us knowledge and discipline. Yes, we have parents, but teachers are very important
when it comes to education. They have knowledge and experiences that we need. Their
experience shaped us into what we want to be. I salute those teachers who have the patience
to do their job passionately and professionally. I am proud to be a pre-service teacher here
at Alaminos City National High School. I will take this chance to learn and grow.

Classroom Management and Organization
Focus: Classroom Setup and Management
Techniques

School is the second home of the students. The classroom is where they will grow
together and find friends who will become their second family. Just like how we act in our
home, students are responsible for keeping their classroom clean and green. There are
strategies used by mentors for classroom management, and base on what I observed, before
the teacher enters the room, she will check if it is clean and there is a student outside the
classroom. And then, when the teacher enters the room, she will check if it is clean too and
praise the cleaners if they did well. Also, teacher and students will greet each other, and after
that, she will check the attendance. The classroom setup contributes to the teacher-student
relationship, such as that the students are so active when it comes to recitations and activities.
It means that the students are comfortable with the classroom setup. Their relationship is so
strong because students respect their teacher so much. There is a time wherein the students
bonding with the teacher, like laughing and kidding each other. They know when to become
serious and funny at the same time. I love to see them laughing together because it means
that students love their teacher. They look at their teacher not just as a mentor but as a
second parent and a friend of them. Students are so comfortable and well-disciplined. If they
have a question, they will ask the teacher about it.

Students’ curiosity is visible whenever there is a word or thing that they don’t know because
maybe it is unusual for them, and the teacher will explain it to them in a simple but
meaningful way. I like how the teachers handle their students. Teachers have long patience to
understand them. I saw the impact of positive words and acts of the teachers on the
homeroom guide program. I believe in the power of words. The seating arrangement of the
students is by surname, which is good for them to build new relationships with others. So far,
the classroom management skills are good, the chairs are durable, the books are placed inside
the book shelves, and the displays like trophies and globes are organized by height. But at
some point, I want to develop them that before class dismissal, all the students should fix the
chairs and clean the area. The cleaning tools should be used carefully and placed at the back
of the room after. Keep the environment clean is the most important rule of the school
because it is for the sake of the school staff and students. A well-organized classroom is
beautiful and comfortable to study in. The students and teachers would be concentrated,
motivated, and have a better interaction or collaboration when it comes to actual activities
because there are no distractions. The only problem is outside the classroom, where there are
unnecessary noises or any other hindrances.

10
Lesson Planning
Focus: Participating in Lesson Planning
The lesson plan is the guide for the teachers to teach effectively and clearly. It is their
step-by-step way to discuss and share the knowledge with the students. Teachers have many
considerations when it comes to their students. For instance, when planning a lesson for a
day, think about some engaging activities for their students to be active during and after
class and create a pre-test to know if the students are fast learner or not. If ever there were
learners who had a hard time coping up easily, then maybe the teacher should consider
them and change her way of teaching. Based on what I observed from my resource teacher
during class discussions, she considered the capacity of cognitive skills and psychomotor
skills of the students. She focuses on the improvement of the students, like their weaknesses
becoming strengths. During the class discussion, she observes those students who are not
listening and continuously talking to their classmates and makes a move if those did not
even stop. She called their names and let them answer the pre-test given. If that student
answers wrong, then she will explain the correct answer and give a slight sermon to her
students about talking incidents during discussion. I also observe that she focuses more on
cognitive skills and psychomotor skills because it will help the learners to enhance and
improve their creativity and productivity. The alignment of her lesson plan follows the
learning objectives and have a goal that she wants her students learned a lot for that day or
this day. There are also challenges faced by the teacher every day and they have their own
way how to deal with it. My resource teacher handled those challenges smoothly like she
gives time to those students who have a hard time keeping up by explaining briefly but
clearly and understandably. She called names of those students who did not listen after
discussion and punished them by answering the pre-test or just give them a slight sermon.
She also gives a chance to those students who are absent that day by recalling the previous
lesson. I believe that if the class discussion is well-organized and well-planned then there is
no problem with the delivery of the lesson by the teacher to the students. Planning is the
best way to achieve a successful result. The teacher and students learned a lot every day
such as socializing and understanding everyone’s diversity.

Additionally, I can contribute to the lesson planning process in the coming weeks by
assisting my resource teacher to carry out the activity of the students during class
discussion, help her check the paper work or quizzes, and obey her command if there is any.
Seeing students learn something new makes me happy because I know that they want to be
successful someday. Being a teacher is difficult but it is a fulfillment for me because of the
student’s hard work and courage to finish activities, projects and more, pre-service and
teacher do the best. We have our own perceptions, so it is hard to handle and to be
understood by everyone, that is why planning is important.

11
Administration of the Language Enhancement Through
Reading Assessment (LETRA) for Grades 7-10

Reading is important for all. Through reading, we can improve our knowledge and
make it wider. LETRA is a way for teachers to know if the student knew how to read
appropriately. The significance of conducting LETRA assessment in evaluating students
reading levels from Grade 7 to 10 is to know who among students will develop
comprehension and reading skills. It will teach them how to read at a balanced speed and
think quickly to answer the questions given. They will also know how to pronounce the
word and its meaning. The role of the teacher in administering reading assessments like
LETRA is to correct them and determine where the students’ weakest point is, if it is in
reading or comprehension, so that they can think of a strategy for those students to improve
it. Based on my observation, teachers ensure that assessment is fair and efficient because the
time where the student stops and the score they got after they answer 10 items of questions
are not biased. The steps in the administration of the LETRA assessment are that the
student will read and answer 10 item questions, but they won’t keep moving if they have 7
to 10 mistakes. There are 9 stages. The first stage is the 20 words. Second, the 10 item
sentences. Third, a paragraph with a timer. Fourth, is a paragraph without a timer. Fifth, is
a 10-item question. Sixth, is a paragraph without timer, but some words become difficult.
Seventh, is a 10-item question. Eighth, is a paragraph again without a timer, and lastly, a
10-item question. The teacher prepares two chairs where she and the student are conducting
LETRA assessments. The strategy used by the teacher is that she gave an activity to those
students who were not yet called to read and also those who were done. There are challenges
encountered during the administration of LETRA, such as some students being noisy so the
voice of the student who is reading can’t be heard clearly by the teacher. Also, some of the
students didn’t do the activity. She addressed this by telling them to keep quiet and do the
activity, or else they will go home late. LETRA assessments identify students who need
further support in reading by its stages or level. If the student just reaches level two or three,
he or she is counted among those students who need further support in reading. Through
the result of the LETRA assessment, the teacher will change the teaching strategy and
should focus on the reading and comprehension of the students to improve their reading
skills. She should has reading and comprehension exercises in every class discussion so the
student is continuously improving. Based on my observation, the LETRA assessment is
helpful for the teachers to distinguish those students who need further support in reading
and comprehension assessment. The teacher will also know the best way to improve student
skills. In the future, I will do reading and comprehension assessments every class discussion
so that my students will improve their reading and comprehension skills. My suggestion for
future administration of LETRA assessment is to add some questions or some unfamiliar
words so that it will be more challenging to the student to think. It is better for the school to
support the teacher and student in the process of reading assessment by giving them enough
learning resources, such as updated books, and do more reading exercises every day until
the students improved. It is also better if they do that every other day.

12
Professional Development
Focus: Reflecting on your Growth as a Teacher

We need to grow individually. We need to learn how to stand alone because we have only
ourselves. The first day I step into the classroom, I already get that I need to adjust. I need
to understand the diversity of the students and teachers. As a future teacher, I learned that I
need to be considerate and comfortable to be with because if I look strict and unbothered,
my students will feel uncomfortable and shy to approach me. Instead of asking me about
their inquiries, they will just ask their classmates about it. With the help of the people
around me, I learn how to interact and be sociable with everyone. I also learn to be
respectful if I want to be respected. This deployment changed me and built me into a better
future teacher because of the knowledge I learned and the unforgettable experiences, such as
guiding and assessing students and teachers. There are strategies I want to adapt when I
become a teacher. When it comes to skills and knowledge I acquired, my communication
skills improved and also, I need to develop my skills in decision-making and computer skills.
I learn how to manage a classroom with the help of my resource teacher. I learn how to
handle students all by myself, which is a good experience for me. My self-esteem also
improved because of my resource teacher's compliments and advice. There is one piece of
advice she gave, and I really appreciate it.

She told me that I need to be professional when it comes to my job as a teacher in the future.
I need to be strict sometimes to let advice my students follow and respect me. That advice
gave me courage to do better and work harder. I always apply it whenever I stand in front of
the students or when I observe them. On the other side, I join their bonding and be one or
part of their family in a short period of time. Being with students who respect and care for
you will be the most fulfilling feeling you’ve ever felt. The way they laugh and talk with me,
the way they act cool when I am around, and the way they do their best when the teacher
gives a task are memorable for me. I never thought that I would be this happy through this
deployment, but right now, I am thankful for the experiences. I really learned and improved
a lot. My goals for continued professional development are to explore more things I never
knew, ask inquiries to my resource teacher, and apply her advice. I will do my best and study
harder so that I will be the best teacher for my students in the future. We are misunderstood
by everyone, and that is one of the reasons why we develop and change ourselves into a
better person. Through experiences, we will learn a million ways to grow. Memories will
make us inspired and knowledge will lead us to success.

Evidences of Learning

14
GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 1-A (Some Challenges for Further Development of
the School)
You have identified the facilities and resources of your school. What other facilities and resources do you think are
needed to introduce other development programs for the learners? The other facilities and resources I think are
needed to introduce other development programs for the learners are the audio room and security room
wherein there are speakers, radio and recording tools. It will be use to announce the incoming events or
emergency. The security room have a monitor and computer which is connected to the CCTV installed per
school buildings. They should install CCTV for the security of the students and school staffs.
What aspects or development domains can you suggest as needing attention by the school? What programs can be
suggested for these domains? Psychomotor and social/emotional domains. The programs I suggested for these
domains are sports for active participation. They should add more sports which is fitted to the students’ skills
and ability. Speaking, acting and composing a song is also included to my suggestion because I know that this
generation, there are students who have a high potential to become an artist or public speaker someday.

GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 1-B (A Development Plan for My Dream School)

GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 2-A (Suggested Resources and Activities for Upper Grade
Learners)
Given the physical, social, and intellectual characteristics of lower grade learners you have learned, how do you
describe or characterize the resources that must be found in their classroom?

How will you motivate the upper grade learners to be interested in classroom activities given their physical, social,
emotional, and cognitive/intellectual characteristics? What classroom resources should be available to carry them
out?

15
GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 2-B (My Idea of a Classroom for Grade 8)
My idea of a classroom for Grade 8 is that the chairs will be arranged in U shape. The teacher’s table is in the
center. The blackboard and whiteboard are behind the teacher’s table with speakers on both sides under the
boards. The TV is in the upper center between the boards. At the back of the room are the displays of students’
artworks and trophies with certificates. There are charts on both sides of the room wherein there are reminders or
daily activities of the students. There are also curtains and bulletin board. The windows placed at the right corner
of the room.

GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 4-A (Factors Affecting Adolescent Learners)

1. Are all the learners in a given age range (i.e., adolescence) capable of performing all the cognitive abilities? Give
reasons for your response.
Based on my observation, some students didn’t listen and asking many questions about the topic after class and
this Grade 8 students. Those Grade 10 students behaved well and listen carefully but some of them confused
about the explanations of the teacher so the ask and briefly understand after the teacher explained clearly.
2.What cultural factors can enhance the cognitive development of learners? Illustrate.
The cultural factors that can enhance the cognitive development of learners are communication, socializing and
language like grammar. The students can communicate well to others using language which is English. Their
grammar used correctly so it may avoid misunderstanding and confident enough to socialize to others.
3.What factors can hamper development? Illustrate.
The factors can hamper development are low self-esteem, mental health issue and grammatically errors which can
cause misunderstanding. Low self-esteem will affect socializing and mental health issue which can destroy their
strength to speak in public. Having a healthy mind, we can grow and enhance knowledge from other’s
perspectives and experiences.

16
GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 4-B (Activities to Enhance Cognitive Development of my
Learners)
Grade Level: 8 Subject Area: English (Noting Context Clues)
The activity I will give to my students for the first class is “Read, Use and Formulate a Sentence” wherein I will
give them a short paragraph to read and they will use any context clues they come across to construct a sentence.
This activity will be written in one whole sheet of paper and it will be submitted until the class time end. I will
check it and if somebody didn’t pass, I will briefly discuss the correct answers from the previous activity to
assure that they will pass the pre-test today. The pre-test is about identification of correct context clues in the
given sentences. The students will write the answers into the printed copies that will be distributed and then
check it before the class time ends.

GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 5-A (Important Characteristics of Formal Operational

Learners for Teaching-Learning)
1. Were all the teaching guidelines demonstrated in the lesson observed? Which were clearly shown?
Not all the teaching guidelines demonstrated in the lesson observed. There’s no chance for students to
manipulate and test objects because the main focus are their mind. Number 2, 3, and 16 are clearly shown
because it is their routine everyday.
2.Which guidelines were not observed at all?
The guideline were not observed at all is number 2 because there’s no chance for students to manipulate and test
objects. They just have a clue about the topic or lesson and answer the activity or pre-test given by the teacher. It
is either right or wrong.
3.What could be the reasons why the teacher did not have the opportunity to demonstrate some suggested
guidelines for this stage?
They lack of learning materials and for this generation, cellphones and other gadgets can be used as material for
students to learn. Other guidelines demonstrated clearly and the learners learned a lot.
4.What guidelines have you added in the matrix? What could be the reason why the teacher followed these
guidelines you have noted? Why were they not included in the original list?
Give an assignment and activity to the students to know if they learn or understand the lesson and to retain what
they learned. Greetings, attendance and trust to God to know that any path taking, there’s a God who will guide
them. Respect for everyone is also important.
5.What significant characteristics of learners in high school enable them to rationalize, discover, invent, and create
new things?
Their curiosity and confidence to explore and continuously learn from their teachers, classmates, parents and
friends. They are eager to learn something which is better. They will use it in the future.

I wish that in the future I will do better. I will do my job well and be the best teacher to my future students. I
wish I would give a chance to see the achievements of my students and witness their happiness and also sadness. I
wish that I will not disappoint them for the way I discuss, discipline and responsible to them. I wish I will boost
their self-esteem and if I failed once then I will find a way to boost it again. I believe that with confidence, they
will have the courage to talk about what they feel and they are confident enough to stand and defend themselves
in a good way. I wish that I would be part of their journey not just a teacher but also a friend and second mother
to them. I wish that they will be successful someday. I will do my very best to be a good teacher to them. I will
work hard to grant my wish. I wish that there is no hindrance while I am walking to the path I chose. I wish I
would become a successful teacher someday. I will work hard and do my best to become a teacher and I promise
that no matter what happens, i will stand and continue to walk until my journey as a student ends.

GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 7-A (Benefits of Assisted Learning)

1. From your experience when you were a student, what other strategies have your teachers used which have
helped learners understand a complex subject matter? Can you cite a specific example?
The teacher allowed us to ask what’s on our mind about the topic which make us confused. The teacher gave a
situational question and let us answer it based on what we experience in our life. The problem is related to real-
life situation.
2. What benefits do students derive from assisted learning? How is this related to their cognitive development?
The benefits of assisted learning to the students are; they can answer the questions quickly because of well
explained instructions of the teacher. They can think many possible answers because the teacher related the
problem in real-life situation. The students feel relate and answer it in a simple to complex way.
3. What about the teachers? What do they get out of using scaffolding strategies while teaching?
It will help them to deliver the lesson clearly and smoothly. Using scaffolding strategies, it will organize the
assessment wherein the students answered what they really understand if the teacher asked them. They can
stand alone to solve the problem. In that way, the teacher scaffolding strategies is effective.
4. What have you learned from this episode?
I learned that every student needs the attention and guidance of the teacher to develop their cognitive skills and
to form a new knowledge through asking questions and giving examples by the teachers.

Future Teacher as a Facilities of Learning
(Title of Article)
Grade Level: 8 Subject Area: English
Before I start the lesson, I will give an activity related to the previous lesson. I will let my students answer it
without any clue so that it will challenge their critical thinking. After they answer the activity, I will explain the
problem and give the correct answers. If the students ask about their mistakes then I will answer the most
reliable reason why their answers aren’t correct. After discussion, I will give a short quiz and I will read the
direction then explain how it should be answered by the students. After they answer the quiz and got a score, I
will give an examples. If some students didn’t understand then I will give other examples. Every activities and
examinations occurred, I will guide and explain the directions for students to answer appropriately. I believe
that every student needs a guidance and attention from their teacher because that’s a big help for their skills and
development. I will give them a time for answering quizzes, exams and finish the activities. I will teach them how
to time mange to avoid cramming which may affect to the condition of their mind and concentration. I will
review them before they will do an activity so that they will know how to do it right. I will give some advices
about how to finish their task on time. As a future facilitator of learning, I will build a strong relation to my
students so that they comfortable enough to ask inquiries or other problems and I am willing to answer it in an
understandable way.
GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 8-A (Lesson Learned from Sound Test Administration
Practices)

1. Why is it important to administer a test properly? Consider the purpose of assessment.

a. For the learners
It is important to administer the learner’s test properly because if not, maybe there’s a chance that they don’t
understand the directions and it may affect to their score. That’s why it is important to administer them properly
to avoid mistakes and help them be well-organize and discipline. It will also avoid cheating.
b. For the teachers
It is important to the teacher to administer a test properly to help the students understand the directions or if
there’s any other concerns, the teacher will resolve it. It will also avoid cheating issues if the teacher guiding and
monitoring the students.
2. What consequences may result if tests are not administered properly?
If the tests aren’t administered properly, the consequences are; the answers didn’t follow the direction because
they didn’t understand it, the answers of the students are the same because of cheating. and the test papers and
answer sheets aren’t organize.

19
GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 8-B (Guidelines to be Followed When Administering
Tests)
Before they will begin the test, ask someone to lead the prayer and request some guidance from God. It is the
best way for the students to feel blessed and motivated to answer the test,. The teacher should allow students to
ask about their concerns on the test papers or something that make them feel confused. Signal them if they will
start and stop answering the test paper then pass the answer sheets. Before passing the test paper, ask them
which number they feel difficult to answer, for you to know why or after the exam and checked the papers, do
an item analysis to identify which numbers they have a hard time to answer. The teacher should also roam
around the class so that they will see if the student is cheating or not.
GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 9-A (Principles Applied in Sound Testing Practices)

GROWTH PORTFOLIO ENTRY NO. 9-B (Testing Practices I Will Adopt as a Future Teacher)
The testing practices I have learned from my interview of the teachers are; I should be more active to allow my
students to ask about their inquiries. It will avoid cheating and wrong answers. I should observe them from time
to time to see if they will cheat or not. As a future teacher, I should be mindful about the quizzes and exams. For
instance, it will fit to their strength and some of their weaknesses. I will discuss their mistakes and help them to
figure out the reasons and understand that. It will also be their guide to do better next time. Every mistakes have
a valid reason and it can be corrected if they will studied about it. When I become a teacher, I will review them
first before I give them a quiz or test so that they can answer the question base on what they remember. It will
help them to lessen their mistakes.

School give opportunities to the students to join for the development and improvement of the community.
Through experiences, students can apply about what they learned. If there’s a unity, the community is always at
the better place. It is continuously developing with the help of responsible officials and reliable citizens. Through
the given opportunities, collaboration and good communication, it will improve and develop by students with
others. The programs give entertainment and knowledge for everyone. Even if there’s a hindrance, they work

When trying something new, you could feel anxious at
first, but you will eventually become used to it with
practice and time. I was nervous when I entered the
school for the first time. Despite how soothing the
surroundings are, I am unable to appreciate them. I
thought I would pass out when I told the students that I
would be their pre-service teacher. I’m glad I made it
through. My students are kind yet stubborn sometimes.
They are able to treat me with respect and make friends.
In addition to learning a lot from them and my resource
teacher, I truly like their companionship. I have
experience checking their written works and recording
their grades. I've decided that I should devote myself fully
to my work as a teacher. Maintain a serious posture to
remind students that I am a teacher, but not constantly.
Making memories with students could serve as a source of
inspiration as well as motivation for me to perform at my
very best. I want my pupils to get the necessary
knowledge. I will use all of my ideas to have a productive
conversation every day in situations where I need to be
creative for their benefit. The most fulfilling part of
teaching is witnessing pupils' progress. Although I am
aware that teaching is difficult, it will be easier with the
students' cooperation and willingness.
