TERMS & CONDITIONS


 The above prices are inclusive of Taxes presently applicable Tax by Government of Pakistan. Any
change or revision by the Government of Pakistan will be to buyer’s account.
 All dues must be clear within 15 days after the submission of the monthly bill.
 Cylinders will be filled in the parties own cylinders.
 Company will provide its own cylinders on Hospital’s administration
request.
 Rates are valid for 1 Year time from the date of commencement of the contract However any
unbearable price increase from Govt. (in fuel ,Electricity and other expenses) will be charged
during the contract period with the consensus of the SUPPLIER & PURCHASER.
 Delivery would be free of cost. All cylinders would be Sealed, Painted & Tested.
