The Supreme Student Council (SSC), in collaboration with the Union of Guardians for
Mother Earth Advocacy and Defense (UGMAD) and LIHUK ISKO, Student Alliance of
Volunteers for Emergency Responses and Services (SAVERS) and some students of the
DSSC, will be engaging in a Tree Planting Activity on December 14, 2024 at Bagong
Silang, Sitio Balutakay, Bansalan, Davao del Sur. This initiative aims to contribute to the
preservation of our local ecosystem, mitigate climate change, and foster a sense of
environmental responsibility among the youth.

In line with this, I would like to ask for your approval for the listed students to be excused
from their classes.
