Notice to Transporter
1. Kindly collect seal from office.
2. Ensure the empty container received from our yard is in clean and sound condition. Costs for any subsequent rejection will be to your account.
3. Please take container photographs before stuffing, enable to avoid problems in destination.
4. Unloaded containers must be returned in safe and sound condition at our nominated site/yard within stipulated free time (7 days) failing which detention
charges as per lines tariff will be charged.
5. Any loss or damage to the container while in the custody of Shipper, Transporter, or Forwarder shall be fully indemnified for repair, replacement,
reimbursement as notified by owner/ hirer.
6. Shipper/Forwarder will fully indemnify the line from any claims for costs, charges, legal expenses arising from death, injury caused to any person or
damage to any property arising out of use, operation, transportation of these containers while in the possession of Shipper, Forwarder, Transporter or
their Agents.
7. We hereby exercise lien on the cargo for the dues payable by the shipper, forwarder, transporter, their agents and entitled to the said dues for
realisation thereof.
8. Ensure that the cargo weight in the container does not exceed the permissible load as stipulated on the CSC plate. If the container is over loaded i.e.,
the gross container weight exceeds the permissible limit, all consequential fines and expenses incurred in shifting, de-stuffing and re-stuffing will be to the
Shipper account.
9. If you are unable to load on the above said vessel, you should inform at least 5 days before the vessel’s arrival. If not slot charges be debited to your
account.
10. Containers which are not turned in by closing time (12 hours before vessel arrival) subjected to shut out without prior notice.
11. ETA of vessel is subjected to change without prior notice.
