Publicity

Virscent will carry out the publicity in the following way:

1. Publicity materials to be sent to the College to generate the buzz around the Campus.
2. Marketing Team to be sent to the College for doing publicity at least one week prior
to the Workshop (depends on Virscent).
3. Technical Team to be sent to the College for giving a live demonstration of various
technical topics to be discussed in the workshop (if possible).

Technical Requirements from the Fest

 A well ventilated Seminar hall/Lab (for hands-on session).


 Cordless microphones (one collar mike if possible) and speaker system.
 LCD projector for live demonstrations.
 Internet Connection for Laptop (without proxy if possible).
 Hospitality (including food and lodging) to team Virscent.

Basic Requirements

 Three four Student coordinators (having the subject knowledge) to be appointed for
the workshop. They will be responsible for displaying up posters/teasers/banners in
and around the campus and In nearby Colleges.
 Support to team Virscent to interact with college student and thus dispel all the
doubts in their mind.
 Free Pick Up and Drop from nearby Railway Station/Bus stand/Airport.

Branding by College

 A Page dedicated to our workshop containing sufficient information about it.


 Logo and link of Virscent to be there on College or Festival website.
 Registration Link of our workshop (Link to Virscent’s Website) to be on
College/Department website for online registration of the workshop.

Payment

 Payment (to Virscent) to be made through Demand draft/Cash on the very first day of
the workshop.
 Proper Invoice to be provided by Team Virscent.
