You can do this by clicking the link at the top of the home page:

 You will need to register as either a Vendor or Fabric Supplier by clicking on the appropriate link.
 Fabric Suppliers include, Fabric Mills, Factories, Garment Factories, Cut and Sew, Sourcing companies.

 If you are a Vendor and your company has more than one HVN, you will need to have at least one registered user

for each HVN.

Walmart CSI ColorFlow Registration

After you complete the registration form, you will receive an email with a link to pay for a 1-year access license to the ColorFlow website.

The payment link in the email will take you to the CSI Shop website.
Please note that this website is NOT the same as the ColorFlow website.

CSI Shop does not use the login information you just created for

Fabric Suppliers must request to Link with

each Vendor HVN that they work with for
Walmart LDE/SBE submissions.

Fabric Suppliers must log in and link their account to any

Vendor (HVN) that they currently submit LDE/SBE on behalf of

Fabric Suppliers must enter their Mill ID and Mill Name in

the Walmart Screen Form/QTX file submitted. If this
information is not in the QTX submitted, the submit will not
be visible on the Fabric Suppliers’ Workflow Status page

Vendors can approve requests to link from Fabric

Suppliers.

Vendors can also choose to Pair different HVN numbers

if they have more than one.

Paired Vendors have visibility of each others work.

Vendors need at least one paid user for each HVN.

Any LDE/SBE that is submitted to the system with the

Vendors HVN is visible to the Vendor. Fabric Suppliers
will only see the work submitted for their Mill ID

The Walmart Screen Form

To create a submit in Walmart ColorFlow, you will need access to QC software from Xrite or Datacolor, along with the most recent version
of the Walmart Screen Form.

All required fields need to be filled in correctly. The information entered in the Screen Form is used by the system and
UL to align the work into jobs, produce reports, and communicate the results to the users.

Creating an LDE/SBE QTX for Walmart ColorFlow

General steps involved with creating a QTX file suitable for submission

Import the CSI Certified Standard into the QC software from
the QTX file you received when you purchased a Color
3 Fill in all required fields on
the Walmart Screen Form

Standard. If using a “Set as Standard” color, it must be

spelled the same as the approved Standard sample.

2 Measure the Lab Dip or Shade Band sample

according to the Walmart Private Brand
4 Save the form as a QTX
file in a known location

Requirements for Submission-LDE/SBE

 The system requires that you submit a QTX file that contains one Color Standard and at least one measured batch

that represents the LDE/SBE

 The QTX file must be created using the latest version of the Walmart Screen Forms for Datacolor or Xrite QC software

 All required fields must be filled in correctly for the submit to be properly logged into the system and combined with

previous submits if applicable. Symbols and Language characters are not readable in a QTX and will be rejected by the

program

 The CAD/Image file must be formatted as a PDF or JPG file. Excel files will not import properly

 File names can not contain special characters like symbols or language characters

 The CSI Color Standard data must be imported into the Color Standard fields on the Walmart Screen Form. If a non-CSI

standard is being used, the name must be spelled the same way as the accepted “set as standard” color

 The Mill ID and Mill Name must be included in the QTX file for a Fabric Supplier to be able to view their work on the

website

Emailed Submissions-LDE/SBE

 The email is being received by the website. There is no need to add comments or to supply additional information

in the email.

 Do not copy UL employees or UL email addresses on any submission. They are alerted when a submit is created.
 Do not reply to the [email protected] or [email protected] addresses.

Email Submission
1. Attach a QTX file and CAD/Artwork file to an email

3. ColorFlow will reply to the email within 30 minutes

If the submit is imported into ColorFlow If the submit is not imported into ColorFlow

• A “Submit import Successful” email is sent to the email address • A “Submit import Failed” email is sent to the email address
