Questionnaire
This is an anonymous survey conducted privately by Carol Rutz, Bettina Overkamp,
Wanda Karriker and Thorsten Becker to explore commonalities reported by survivors
of Extreme Abuse including, but not limited to, Ritual Abuse and Mind Control.

Definitions:
Ritual Abuse (RA) includes, but is not limited to, Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA).
Mind Control (MC) refers to all mind control procedures designed to make a victim
follow directives of the programmer without conscious awareness including, but not
limited to, government-sponsored mind control experiments.
RA / MC means Ritual Abuse and / or Mind Control.
