ITEM DESCRIPTION UNIT QTY RATE AMOUNT
General :

In all the demolising and removal of specified components of the


building and related works, the contractor shall take care not to
affect the adjoining functioning components, underlying utility lines,
etc and handover the materials to the client or place it to a location to
be proposed by the Supervisor.
Price of the contractor for the demolished/removed materials shall
include all related works and desposing them off to an appropriate
tip. If damage occurs to any part of the buiding that is not specified
to be demolished, removed, modified and not included as a work
item, the contractor shall replace it with his own expense. The
contractor is also reponsible to keep any surrounding surfaces from
becoming dirty or stained as a result of the contractor's work it shall
be cleaned to its original apperance..

2. Roof Waterproofing Works -

Surface Preparation: Concrete Surface must be clean and free of


dirt, films, coatings or other foreign matter. All suface imperfections
and protrusions are to be removed and repaired. Structurally unsound
and friable concrete must be removed and repaired.
Responsibility: the contractor should
provide the approved product on site, store it properly in original and
unopened packing in dry condition and kept away from sunlight &
scorching heat. In addition the application should be made with
professionals trained in the preparation, mixing and application.

Testing: Pond testing for at least 24 hours should be done after the
contractor has accomplished the water proofing work. The surface
should be re-treated if leakage observed, and the test should be done
on the repaired surface.

The warranty period for the water proof work shall be 5 years from
the final acceptance date.

membrane with granular (slated) finish on concrete slab and parapet
wall of minimum thickness 4mm. Application shall be in accordance

original technical specification.

Supply & apply Ceramic tile: 60cm x 60cm - 10mm thick ceramic
