This dialogue from the movie 3 Idiots needs to be told to the students who prioritise getting a degree and job,
rather than developing the skills which are required to achieve them, Students and colleges often complainabout
not having enough jobs In the market. On the other hand, companies lack sufficient manpower. This means there
are tons of jobs for everyone but what lacks is the skills and knowledge to grab these opportunities.
We understood this problem in 2012 and started "Itvedant" to bridge the gap. Itvedant has 3 teams, where one
team works closely with companies, understanding their requirements and analyzing the most in-demand
skills, Their inputs and feedback are passed on to the second team which develops the syllabus and guides
students to choose courses as per their calibre and interest. The third team trains the candidates as per industry
standards, while continuously monitoring their progress.
Itvedant promises utmost care and efforts for each and every student and in turn, expects them to give their
100%, for an optimal outcome. Once you learn to apply your technical know-how to solve real-world problems,
you are just one interview away from your dream job. We would like to wish you success in your journey to
becominga gem ofthe IT industry. This industry needs some smart and innovative people like you.
