We hereby certify that the attached GRP pipes & couplings have been manufactured and tested in accordance
with the following standards via the Sales Reference Number (SOINV0001339).

1. General GRP pipes in accordance to AWWA C950 & BS EN 14364 & ASTM D 3262

2. Inspection

2.1 Visual Inspection 100 % as per the Visual Standards of T.Nagadi Pipes® Quality
Assurance Manual derived from ASTM D 2563
2.2 Dimensional Control 100 % as per the Dimensional Inspection of T.Nagadi Pipes® Quality
Assurance Manual derived from ASTM D 3567 for pipes, couplings
and fittings
3. Non Destructive Testing
3.1 Barcol Hardness 100 % as per the test method of T.Nagadi Pipe® Quality Assurance
Manual derived from ASTM D 2583. All of the test values exceed 30.
3.2 Hydro Test 100% of standard pipes are hydro tested @ 2 X Pnom for 5 minutes. As
per the test method of T. Nagasdi Pipes® Quality Assurance Manual. No
weeping, leakage, failure or drop in pressure was observed during the
test period
4. Destructive Testing Destructive Tests are carried out during the production run in order to
ensure compliance to the specification (Refer to BTS)
4.1 Loss On Ignition As per the test method of T.Nagadi Pipes® Quality Assurance Manual
derived from ASTM D 2584
Test values are in accordance with T.Nagadi Pipes® design values.
4.2 Axial Tensile Strength As per the test method of T.Nagadi Pipes® Quality Assurance Manual
derived from BS EN 14364
The initial longitudinal tensile strength test values exceed the
requirements set in table 11A of ASTM D 3754, table 11 of AWWA C
950, and table 2 of BS EN 14364.
4.3 Hoop Tensile Strength As per the test method of T.Nagadi Pipes® Quality Assurance Manual
derived from ASTM D 2290.
The initial circumferential tensile strength test values exceed the
requirements set in table 9A of ASTM D 3754 and table 10 of AWWA C950.
4.4 Pipe Stiffness As per the test method of T.Nagadi Pipes® Quality Assurance Manual
derived from ASTM D 2412.
The test values exceed the pipe class stiffness requirement.

The testing is carried out in accordance with the relevant specification requirements and in accordance with
T.Nagadi Pipes® Quality Assurance Manual.
