process of Inputing

into the computer
using device such as
keyboard ,scanner ,mic
rophone,etc .this
process done by data
entry opetrater who
have complete
knowledge regarding
data entry.In general
data entry work
include all kinde of
data to be enter in the
digital formate from
the source file which
can be whether in
paper from or any
other medium.
Types of keys and keyboard
 Alplanimaric keys these include the alphabate keys a to z and number keys 0 to 9.
 Punctuation keys all of the keys associate with punctuatinn .Such as the (,) ,period
(.),semicolumn(;),Brackets(() ) and so on.
 Alt key= its start for alternate key it is used to change the function of other prossed keys .
 Arrow keys =thete are four arrows to move the curser up ,down ,left ,right.Arrows keys can also
be used in cunjuction with the shift or alt key.
