 I am handling complete end-to-end recruitement process.

 Understanding the job description in a detailed manner.
 Sourcing the candidates from different portals like naukri, foundit, Pyjama HR, Insta
hire, Hirist, Linked in and making job posts on the respective portals.
 Reaching the candidate through email, watsapp and Text message.
 Conducting initial phone interviews.
 Screening resumes and applications.
 Tracking recruitment progress and updating records.
 Sharing the profiles with the clients.
 Arranging the interviews with the candidates as per the panel availibity.
 Follow up with the candidates till the last round
 Completing documentation process from the candidate as per the company
requirement.
 Completing Onboarding process of the candidate as per the company requirement.
 Developing relationships with external recruitment agencies.
 Maintaining relationships with current and former employees.
 Worked on java, python, devops, fullstack,frontenf, MERN,MERN,Architect,
sap(PPDS,PPQM,PP,MM,ABAP,Fiori,success factor,HCM), flutter, power bi, dot net,
Freshers, Insurance ,asset, sales, IT Sales etc.,
