    How to Avail:
    • Use your AU Vetta, Business, Xcite Ace or Xcite Ultra Credit Card to spend
    Rs.15,000 within the offer period.
    • All transactions except cash withdrawal will be considered.
    Terms & Conditions:
    • All retail transactions are eligible for the offer.
    • The benefit will be extended to the Credit Card account within 60 days of the
    offer end date.
    • This offer is in addition to the other features on the Credit Card.
    • The offer is applicable on retail transactions subject to the maximum benefit
    of Rs.500 Amazon voucher for the offer period 1st Sep to 30th Sep 2024.
    • The Spend will be calculated by adjusting the reversals. Amount which got
    reversed will not be considered and will be adjusted from the spends.
    • This offer is only for the customers who get communication from AU Small
    Finance Bank for this offer through SMS/WhatsApp/Email/Push Notifications
    through AU 0101 App.

    • The voucher redemption link will be sent to registered mail id & email of
    customers within 60 days from the offer end date.
    • The voucher redemption will be valid till one month from the date of
    sending the redemption link.
    • In case of credit card account transfer, campaign offer will be extended as
    per the transactions of the card variant eligible for the offer.
    • All escalations related to this campaign will be valid for 3 months from the
    end of the offer period.
    • By participating in this Offer, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms &
    conditions of this Offer including any other applicable terms & conditions
    modified and prescribed by AU Small Finance Bank from time to time. Any
    such participation by the customer shall imply that the customer has read,
    understood and accepted the terms and conditions hereunder.
    • All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above
    offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive
    jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Jaipur only, irrespective of
    whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar
    jurisdiction. Such requests will be accepted only within 90 days of the offer’s
    end date.
    • In the event that the parties are unable to resolve a dispute arising out or in
    connection with these terms and conditions whether during its subsistence
    or thereafter between the Parties including any dispute or difference relating
    to the interpretation of the terms or any clause thereof in accordance with
    the procedure specified above, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by
    a sole Arbitrator appointed by the Bank at its sole discretion. The award of
    the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties. The Arbitration and
    Conciliation Act, 1996, or any statutory modification thereof, shall apply to
    the arbitration proceedings, which shall be held in Jaipur and conducted in
    the English language.
