    CREDIT CLEAN-UP OFFER LETTER (SBI Card)

    This is with reference to your discussion with the SBI Card representative, we extend you an opportunity to clear outstanding dues for your above
    mention SBI Credit Card in Rs. 33,993.87/- (Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Three And Eighty-Seven Paise Only) vide Cash/
    cheque/demand draft which can be paid in maximum 1 installments in accordance to the repayment(s) schedule agreed between you and us are

    In case you choose to pay the amount through cheque/demand draft, kindly have the same drawn in favour of “SBI Credit Card along with your

    We confirm that on receipt of the aforesaid amount, your SBI Credit Card account with us will be closed immediately with “NIL” outstanding.
    Further, on CIBIL/bureau records, your balance outstanding would be updated as NIL and the “Written-off” status on your SBI Card account would
    be removed. This updation may take 45-60 days post payment of last installment to reflect in your CIBIL/credit bureau report.

    If the payment is not received within the required time or we do not receive clear funds in your SBI Credit Card account, this offer will
    no longer be considered valid and full balance will need to be paid by you immediately. This letter agreement is with reference to the
    above credit card account only. Any Legal Proceedings initiated or complaints lodged by you or on your behalf against the company and/or its
    employees, officials and representatives shall be withdrawn unconditionally with immediate effect from the date of this letter.

    Once you have received this E-letter, please click on the ‘accept’ button as mentioned on our E-mail containing this E-letter as a token of your
    acceptance.
