Ai driven stock prediction model by using machine learning algorithms
ABSTRACT
AI-driven stock prediction models to process complex datasets, integrate multiple variables,
and adapt to new market trends offers significant advantages over traditional methods. These
models can analyse patterns across a broader spectrum of data, including market news, social
media sentiment, and macroeconomic indicators, making them capable of predicting market
shifts more effectively. Additionally, machine learning algorithms continuously improve as
they are exposed to more data, enhancing the model's predictive accuracy over time. Machine
learning algorithms can process diverse data sources, such as historical price movements,
trading volumes, financial reports, market sentiment, and even social media trends, allowing
for a more comprehensive understanding of market dynamics. AI-driven stock prediction
models also enhance decision-making in the financial sector by providing real-time insights
and forecasts, enabling traders and investors to make data-driven decisions with greater
confidence. Additionally, the objective is to create a robust, scalable, and real-time prediction
system that can assist investors, traders, and financial institutions in making informed
decisions by providing timely insights and forecasts. The model should be able to not only
predict stock prices but also identify market trends, volatility, and risk factors, enabling more
effective risk management and strategic decision-making in dynamic market conditions. This
paper presents an AI-driven stock prediction model utilizing machine learning algorithms to
predict stock prices and market trends. The model is designed to process vast amounts of
financial data, including historical stock prices, technical indicators, market sentiment, and
macroeconomic variables, to generate accurate predictions. Data analysis techniques such as
feature extraction, normalization, and time-series decomposition are employed to prepare the
data for machine learning algorithms.
