Subject: First Term-Important Information (Grade O Level 2)

Dear Parents,
As we approach the conclusion of the first term at Kaizen High and Junior School, We would like to
extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and cooperation throughout this
academic period. Our students have demonstrated commendable effort and enthusiasm in their
learning journey, and we are incredibly proud of their progress.
This year, we have taken the opportunity to plan an additional, focused learning period after the
examinations. We kindly request you to ensure that students attend school Friday, December 20th,
2024, as we have arranged focused classes designed to provide students with valuable feedback on
their performance during the term. These sessions will help identify areas for improvement and
bridge any gaps in understanding, ensuring that students are better prepared to achieve new
milestones in the second term.
