The Hind Realty Solutions (DLF Corporate Green office at Unit no. 606, Tower 1, SPR Road, Sector-74A, Gurugram)
appoints you as a HR Manager with effect from March 15th, 2024 on the following terms and condition.
1) Your appointment shall be initially on a probation period of up to three months. You shall not be entitled for
any paid leave during the probation period.
2) You will be paid a salary of Rs 35,000- (Thirty-Five Thousand only) per month. All income tax and other taxes
payable on money received by you from company will be borne by you. During the period of your engagement
with the company, if you avail loan from any institution, this will be entirely in your personal capacity and
organization under no circumstances will be liable to repay it on your behalf.
3) You must obtain written permission from the company before publishing any articles, statements, lectures, or
communications about the company's products or any related matters.
4) Maintain strict confidentiality regarding project documents, commercial offers, design documents, project costs
and estimates, technology, software licenses, corporate policies, patterns and trademarks, and human assets
profile.
5) You will be obligated to follow all rules and regulations that the Company may establish from time to time.
6) If you are found to be a non-performer or guilty of fraud, dishonesty, disobedience, disorderly behaviour,
negligence, indiscipline, absence from duty without permission, or any other conduct considered deterrent to our
interest or a violation of one or more terms of this letter, your services may be terminated without notice and the
company will not be entitled to compensation.
7) If it is discovered that you have shared information or any type of lead with other employees working outside
the organisation, you run the risk of having your employment terminated. There will be no full and complete work
done and you will be required to pay back all of the pervious salary any kind of incentives and commission have
been given to you by the company till date.
8) If you fail to accomplish a specific target, the corporation may withhold your salary and incentive payments.
9) You will not accept any cash or kind gratification from any person, party, firm, or company dealing with the
company. If you are offered anything, you must immediately report it to management
10) You are responsible for maintaining and returning all Company property in excellent condition and order.
11) You will not accept any other jobs or gainful employment throughout your assignment with the organization
without management's authorization.
12) The Company may immediately terminate your appointment if there is a violation of trust involving the work
or confidential information of the Company, its subsidiaries, or Associate Companies. You are expected to uphold
the highest standard of confidentiality in these matters.
13) If you are missing from work for four consecutive days, it will be considered that you are absconding, and after
eight days, your employment will be terminated without compensation.

14) If you leave this position without giving notice, you must pay your employer 30 days' worth of income, forfeit
any accrued bonuses, and there will be "NO FULL AND FINAL."
15) The company will not be responsible for your complete and final settlement if you leave within three months
of joining.
16) In the District, State, or Nation, there will be no remuneration for lock-down or measure force-like conditions.
17) With the exception of lunch and tea breaks, no team member is permitted to take a break during office hours.
A team member will have Rs. 500 deducted from his pay each day if he is observed taking a break during working
hours.
18) You are accountable for alerting the office WhatsApp group to any instances in which an employee leaves for a
meeting or a site visit. or use your "LIVE LOCATION" to inform Human Resources.
19) A fee will be imposed on anyone found to be late for work (the office opens at 10:00 am).
