GRAMMAR
LESSON 1 : THE REFLEXIVE PRONOUNS
What are Reflexive Pronouns?
Reflexive pronouns are used when the subject and the object of a sentence are the same
person or thing. They are used to reflect the action back onto the subject.
Subject = Object
Example: I cut myself while cooking.
Here, "I" is both the subject (doing the action) and the object (receiving the action).
For Emphasis: to show that someone did something independently.
Example: She fixed the car herself.

LESSON 2 : THE MODAL VERBS
What are modal verbs ?
Modal verbs or modal auxiliaries express ability, possibility, permission, obligation.......etc. They
are used before the main verb in a sentence and are always followed by the base form of the
verb (without "to").

What are Question Tags?
Question tags are short questions added to the end of a statement to confirm or check information.
They help ask for agreement or confirmation.

What is a Gerund?
A gerund is the -ing form of a verb that functions as a noun in a sentence. For example, in the sentence
"Swimming is fun," "swimming" is a gerund.
