‫يَـ ْعلَ ُم َما بَـ ْي َن أَيْ ِدي ِه ْم َوَما َخ ْل َف ُه ْم َولَ يُ ِحيطُو َن بِ َش ْي ٍء ِّم ْن ِع ْل ِم ِو‬
‫ودهُ ِح ْفظُ ُه َما‬ ‫ؤ‬
ُ ‫ـ‬ ‫ي‬ ‫ل‬
َ ‫و‬ ‫ض‬
ُ َ َ َ ْ َ ََ ُ ْ َ َ‫ر‬ َ

‫َو ُى َو ال َْعلِ ُّي ال َْع ِظيُم‬
“Allah none has the right to be worshipped but Him, the Ever Living the
One Who sustains and protects all that exists, He is not overtaken by
slumber or sleep, to Him belongs what is in the heavens and on the earth.
Who is the one who can intercede for another except by His permission? He
knows what will happen to them and what will happen to them in the next
life. Nothing can encompass His knowledge unless He desires. His foot stool
extends over the heavens and the earth and He is not fatigued in protecting
what is in them both. Allah is the Most High, the Most Great.” {Soorat-ulBaqarah: 255}

1. Say (O Muhammad ( )): "He is Allah, (the) One.

2. "Allah-us-Samad (The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures

need, He neither eats nor drinks).

3. "He begets not, nor was He begotten;

4. "And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him."

1. Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak,
2. "From the evil of what He has created;
3. "And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness; (or
the moon as it sets or goes away).
4. "And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots,
5. "And from the evil of the envier when he envies."

1. Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of mankind,
2. "The King of mankind,
3. "The Ilah (God) of mankind,
4. "From the evil of the whisperer (devil who whispers evil in the
hearts of men) who withdraws (from his whispering in one's heart
after one remembers Allah) ,
5. "Who whispers in the breasts of mankind,
6. "Of jinns and men."

“O Allah because of You we have entered the

morning and because of You we have entered
the evening, and because of You we live and we
die and to You will be the resurrection.

“O Allah whatever blessing has come to me or
anyone else from Your creation this morning is
from You Alone there is no partner with You in
that and to You is all praise and gratitude.”

poverty, and I take refuge with You from the
punishment of the grave. None has the right to be

‘Allaah is Sufficient for me, none has the
right to be worshipped except Him, upon
Him I rely and He is Lord of the exalted
throne.’

‘O Ever Living, O Self-Subsisting and

Supporter of all, by Your mercy I seek
assistance, rectify for me all of my affairs
and do not leave me to myself, even for the
blink of an eye.’

‘We have reached the morning and at this very time all
sovereignty belongs to Allaah, Lord of the worlds. O
Allaah, I as you for the good of this day, its triumphs and
its guidance, and I take refuge in You from the evil of this
day and the evil that follows it.’ (and likewise in the
evening)

We rise upon the Fitrah(religion of Islam) of Islam, and the word
of Sincerity (La illah illa Allah), and upon the religion of our
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and on the religion of our Father
Ibraheem Hanifa (Islamic Monotheism) and Muslim and he was
not of the Mushrikeen (Polytheists, idolaters)”. [Reported by

‘How perfect Allaah is and I praise Him by the
number of His creation and His pleasure, and
by the weight of His throne, and the ink of His
words.’(three times)

ُ‫ﻚ َﻟﻪُ ﻟَﻪ‬ َ ‫ﻻَ إِﻟَﻪَ إِﻻﱠ اﻟﻠَّﻪ َوﺣْﺪَﻩُ ﻻَ َﺷ ِﺮْﻳ‬
‫اﻟﻤُ ْﻠﻚُ َوَ ﻟﻪُ اﻟﺤَﻤْﺪُ َو ُهﻮَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ُك ِّل‬

‘None has the right to be worshipped except
Allaah, alone, without partner, to Him belongs
all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all
things omnipotent.’ (One Time in the morning)

“O Allah You are my Lord there is nothing worthy of

worship except for You, You created me and I am your
servant, I am upon Your covenant and Your Promise to the
best of my ability. I seek your protection from the evil
that I have done, I profess Your bounties upon me and I
confess my sin to You, so forgive me for no one forgives sins
except You.

“We have entered upon the morning and the dominion belongs to Allah,
all the praise is for Allah, there is nothing worthy of worship except for
Allah, He is alone having no partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to
Him belongs the praise and He is Able to do all, Lord I ask you for the good
that is in this day and the good that will come after it, and I seek refuge in
You from the evil in this day and the evil that will come after it, Lord I seek
refuge in You from laziness, senility and the hardships of being old, and I
seek refuge in You from the punishment of the hellfire and the punishment
in the grave.”

“O Allah I have entered upon the morning I bear witness that You
and the Carriers of Your Throne bear witness, Your Angels, Your
Prophets and all of Your Creation bear witness that You, You are
Allah and there is nothing worthy of worship except for You and
Muhammad is Your Servant and Your Messenger.”

، ‫ َوِم ْن فَـ ْوقِـي‬، ‫ي َوِمن َخ ْلفـِي َو َعن يَ ِمـيني َو َعن ِشمـَالِي‬ َّ ‫يَ َد‬
‫ال ِمن تَ ْحتـِي‬ َ َ‫ك أَن أُ ْغـت‬ ِ
‫ـت‬‫م‬ ‫ظ‬
َ ‫ع‬ِ
َ َ َ ‫َوأَعـُوذُ ب‬
‘O Allaah, I ask You for pardon and well being in this life and
the next. O Allaah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my
religious and worldly affairs, and my family and my wealth. O
Allaah, veil my weaknesses and set at ease my dismay. O
Allaah, preserve me from the front and from behind and on my
right and on my left and from above, and I take refuge with You
lest I be swallowed up by the earth.’

‫َج َّـرهُ إِلَـى ُم ْسـلِم‬ُ ‫نَـ ْفسـي ُسوءاً أ َْو أ‬
‘O Allaah, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Creator
of he heavens and the Earth, Lord and Sovereign of all
things, I bear witness that none has the right to be
worshipped except You. I take refuge in You from the
evil of my soul and from the evil of the devil and his
companions, and from committing wrong against my
soul or bringing such upon another Muslim.’

“O Allah! I ask You for knowledge
which is beneficial and sustenance
(rizq) which is good (tayyib; pure),
and deeds which are acceptable.”

I seek the Forgiveness of Allah and
repent to Him.
