Day 1: Nov. 28, 2024 (AM)

NAPKIN FOLDING

• One participant per entry.


• Each participant will have a total of 2 minutes, with a 20 seconds dance performance
before beginning the folding process.
• Participants will demonstrate 3 special folds and 7 basic folds: Pyramid, Candle, Banana,
Standing Fan, Bishop's Hat, Lotus, and Sailing Boat.

Attire:
Male participants: White long-sleeved/Polo shirt, bow tie, and black slacks.
Female participants: White long-sleeved/Polo shirt, bow tie, and black skirt.

Criteria:
Speed: 30%
Poise and Showmanship: 30%
Neatness: 25%
Creativity: 15%
Total: 100%
TABLE SKIRTING
• Teams can consist of a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 4 members.
• Maximum time: 45 minutes.
• Each team will be assigned a standard-sized table for the competition.
• All participants must provide their own materials for table skirting, including top cloth,
skirting cloth, pins, and thumbtacks.
• The use of additional decorative elements, such as flowers, ribbons, and themed
accessories, is encouraged.
• Table skirting must be applied to all sides of the table.

Attire:
Male participants: White long-sleeved/Polo shirt, bow tie, and black slacks.
Female participants: White long-sleeved/Polo shirt, bow tie, and black skirt.

Table Skirting Techniques: 40%
Sturdiness/Durability/Stability: 30%
Precision and Neatness: 15%
Originality/Relevance to the Theme: 15%

FOOD STYLING
• One participant per entry.
• Maximum time: 20 minutes.
• Participants must prepare and style a plate of Pork Adobo. (Cooked Already)
• Each participant will be assigned a standard-sized table for the competition.
• All food items used in the styling must be edible. Participants must provide their own
food and ingredients within specified guidelines.

Attire:
Male participants: White long-sleeved/Polo shirt, bow tie, and black slacks.
Female participants: White long-sleeved/Polo shirt, bow tie, and black skirt.

Criteria:
Presentation and Aesthetic Appeal: 40%
Creativity and Innovation: 25%
Cleanliness and Hygiene: 20%
Relevance to the Theme: 15%

FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY
• One participant per entry.
• Maximum time: 15 minutes for setup and photography.
• Each participant will be assigned a designated area or station for their photoshoot.
• Participants must provide their own photography equipment (cameras/IPhone camera,
tripods, lighting, etc.).
• The use of additional decorative elements such as props, cutlery, and themed
accessories is encouraged, but the food must remain the main focus of the photograph.
• Editing is allowed, but participants must use only basic editing tools (e.g., brightness,
contrast, saturation) within the given time limit.

Attire:
Male participants: White long-sleeved shirt, bow tie, and black slacks.
Female participants: White long-sleeved shirt, bow tie, and black skirt.

Composition and Framing: 40%
Lighting and Use of Shadows: 25%
Creativity and Originality: 20%

FLOWER ARRANGEMENT
• One participant per entry.
• Maximum time: 20 minutes for the arrangement.
• Each participant will be assigned a standard-sized table for the competition.
• Participants must provide their own flowers, foliage, and decorative materials within
specified guidelines.
• The use of additional decorative elements such as ribbons, vases, and themed
accessories is encouraged, but the flowers must remain the main focus of the
arrangement.

Attire:
Male participants: White long-sleeved/Polo shirt, bow tie, and black slacks.
Female participants: White long-sleeved/Polo shirt, bow tie, and black skirt.

FLIGHT SAFETY DEMONSTRATION
• Teams must consist of exactly 5 members.
• Maximum time: 10 minutes for the safety demonstration.
• Each team will be assigned a designated area to perform the safety demonstration.
• Teams must demonstrate all basic safety procedures, including seatbelt use, oxygen
mask application, life vest usage, and emergency exits.
• The use of props such as safety equipment (seatbelts, oxygen masks, life vests, etc.) is
encouraged to enhance the demonstration.

Attire:
Male participants: Full flight attendant uniform or white long-sleeved shirt, tie, and black slacks.
Female participants: Full flight attendant uniform or white long-sleeved shirt, tie, and black
skirt.

Criteria:
Clarity and Accuracy: 40%
Professionalism and Confidence: 30%
Engagement and Body Language: 20%
Relevance to the Safety Protocol: 10%

FLIGHT BOARDING ANNOUNCEMENT
• One participant per entry.
• Maximum time: 3 minutes for the boarding announcement.
• The organizer will provide the script.
• Participants must deliver a clear and professional flight boarding announcement,
including:
Flight number
Destination
Boarding gate
Boarding groups or priority boarding (e.g., first-class, business class, families, etc.)
Special instructions for passengers (e.g., gate changes, carry-on baggage, or any last-minute
updates)
The use of a microphone or sound system is encouraged to simulate an authentic airport
boarding environment.

Attire:
Male participants: Full flight attendant uniform or white long-sleeved shirt, tie, and black slacks.
Female participants: Full flight attendant uniform or white long-sleeved shirt, tie, and black
skirt.

Criteria:
Clarity and Diction: 40%
Accuracy of Information: 30%
Professionalism and Confidence: 20%
Engagement and Energy: 10%

DOMESTIC TOUR GUIDING
• One participant per entry.
• Maximum time: 8 minutes for the tour guiding presentation.
• Each participant will be assigned a specific location, attraction, or cultural site to present
as part of their tour.
• The assigned destinations could be any of the following: BULACAN, BOHOL, ILO-ILO,
LAGUNA, BATANGAS, QUEZON PROVINCE, PANGASINAN, LA UNION, ILOCOS NORTE,
ILOCOS SUR, PAMPANGA, RIZAL, ZAMBALES, BAGUIO and MANILA.
• Participants must deliver an engaging and informative tour, highlighting key facts,
cultural significance, history, and any relevant insights about the location.
• The presentation must be delivered in English, using other language or dialect is allowed
for Greetings.
• A background image or video of the assigned location must be present on screen during
the presentation.
• The use of props or visual aids (maps, brochures, etc.) is encouraged to enhance the
presentation.

Attire:
Male participants: Smart casual or formal tour guide attire (e.g., polo or button-down shirt,
slacks).
Female participants: Smart casual or formal tour guide attire (e.g., blouse, skirt, or slacks).

Content Knowledge and Information: 40%
Presentation and Delivery: 30%
Professionalism and Confidence: 20%
Relevance to the Tour Theme: 10%
