General Description Technical Data

Standard and Quick response sprinklers are Minimum Operating Pressure :
thermo sensitive glass bulb sprinklers available in
different finishes and temperature ratings to meet 7 psi (0.5 bar)
design requirements. These sprinklers are Maximum Working Pressure :
standard spray pattern to meet approval agencies 175 psi (12 bar)
requirement. Especially, the Nickel-Chrome
Discharge Coefficient :
plated sprinklers are decorative and attractive, so
it is well matched to customer interior K = 5.6 GPM/psi 1/2 (80.7 LPM/bar1/2)
decoration. In addition, Nickel-Chrome plating Temperature Rating:
might be utilized to extend the life of copper alloy 135℉ / 155℉ / 175℉ / 200℉ / 286℉ (57℃ /
sprinkler, although it has passed the standard
corrosion test. 68℃ / 79℃ / 93℃ / 141℃)
Sprinklers may be ordered and/or used as open Leakage Test at Factory:
sprinklers. 30 Kgf/ ㎠ (0.3Mpa, 29.4bar, 426.7 psi)
(glass bulb and bulb cap assembly removed)

Installation
The sprinklers are intended for fire protection
systems designed in accordance with the
standard installation rules of the applicable
listings or approval agency. (eg., NFPA 13 or
FM’s Loss Prevention Data Sheets)

Note.
Do not install any bulb type sprinkler if the
bulb is cracked or there is a loss of fluid from
the bulb. And with the sprinkler held
horizontally, a small air bubble should be
present.
The sprinkler joint should be obtained with
maximum torque of 28.5 Nm (21 ft-lbs)

Operation Inspections, Tests and Maintenance

When the rated temperature is reached, the fluid Automatic Sprinklers must never be shipped
which is contained in the glass bulb expands or stored where their temperature will exceed
sufficiently to shatter the glass bulb, releasing the 39℃ and they must never be painted, plated,
bulb cap and spring seat assembly. Water coated or otherwise altered after leaving
flowing through the sprinkler orifice and strikes factory. Modified sprinklers must be replaced.
the deflector forming a intended spray pattern to Sprinklers that have been exposed to
extinguish or control the fire. corrosive products of combustion, but have
not operated, should be replaced if they
cannot be completely cleaned by wiping the
sprinkler with a cloth or by brushing it with a
soft bristle brush.
Care must be exercised to avoid damage to
the sprinklers both before and after
installation. Sprinklers damaged by dropping,
striking, wrench twist/slippage, or the like,
must be replaced. Also, replace any sprinkler
that has a cracked bulb or that has lost liquid
from its bulb.
