Additional Information:
❖ Chargeable weight: Chargeable weight is the final weight that is used to calculate
the total freight charges for the shipment. Higher of the Entered weight or the
Volumetric weight is taken into consideration. If inaccurate weight is entered,
then the difference in weight would be charged to the shipper separately.

❖ Volumetric weight: The weight that is derived from the dimensions of the package
is called volumetric weight. It is calculated as Length (cm) x Breadth (cm) x
Height (cm) / 5000.

❖ Example: A box having an actual weight of 500 gms and dimensions of 12cm,
12cm and 25cm would have a volumetric weight of 12x12x25/5000 = 0.72 kg.
Then it would be charged for the weight slab it falls under i.e 1 kg.

❖ Return to Origin: If any package is undelivered and it is returning to the shipper

then the RTO charges is applicable and billed to shipper. RTO charges are the
same as the forward shipping charges.
 Cash On Delivery
Cash on delivery (COD) is a type of transaction in which the recipient makes payment for
a good at the time of delivery. If the purchaser does not make payment upon delivery, the
product is returned to the seller.

Seller can get their pending COD Remittance amount faster using the Early COD settings.
There is nominal extra charge to get remittance sooner. Simply select how fast (2 days / 3 days
or 4 days) from the details given below.

T+1 COD Remittance done in T+1 days i.e., on Day 2 after shipment is 1.49%
delivered.
T+0 COD Remittance done in T+0 days i.e., on Day 1 after shipment is 1.99%
delivered.

How to handle Wallet Shortfall?

Customer can handle wallet short fall by two methods given below:

1) Hold COD Remittance until shortfall is cleared (Delay in remittance).

2) COD Remittance automatically split between bank and wallet to clear shortfall (Immediate).

➢ Customer can avail alerts regarding COD Remittance on Emails.

➢ Early Remittance Fee is inclusive of GST.
➢ Early COD Remittance Fee is charged on the overall remittance amount that is credited
in COD Pay-out.
➢ COD Remittance is done all days except Sundays and public holidays or bank holidays.
