Application: Excellence in Digitalization

Notes:
1. All data to be filled for applicant plant level
2. Target data to be filled for Apr 23-Mar 24
3. In case you need to share specific information for given data, kindly mention in the column
"Explanation if any”.
4. If same applicant plant has won Gold award in 2023 , then the same plant can not apply in same
category, but it can apply in any other category
5. While filling data in Part A (KPIs) Zero (0) should be typed as 0.0 and if it is not applicable to
your plant then it should be typed as NA
6. All supporting data/ necessary evidences need to be shown / explained during site assessment
(Virtual).
7. Software access will stop automatically by the system from midnight of last day of submission
date.
8. Necessary photographs of shop floor or documents can be uploaded as per the fields provided.
