Congratulations! We are happy to inform you that based on your performance in the
Selection Process you are offered Provisional Admission into the 3-year Bachelor of
Commerce (B. Com) Program at the Faculty of Commerce (FOC), a constituent of
The ICFAI University,Raipur, NH-6, Raipur-Bhilai Road, Km Stone 20, P.O. Kumhari,
Dist. Durg - 490042, Chhattisgarh.
Registration: T he registration date for Semester-I is 2 August 2023. Registration is
a formal reporting activity wherein you have to physically report at FOC, submit the 1 st
installment of Program Fee along with the requisite documents.
Late Registration: If you are not able to register by registration date due to
genuine reasons, you should send request letter prior to registration date along with
the Bank Demand Draft for 1st Installment of Program fee and Caution Deposit to
Admission Officer, The ICFAI University, Raipur, NH-6, Raipur-Bhilai Road, Km
Stone 20, PO. Kumhari, Dist: - Durg - 490 042, Chhattisgarh, for late registration giving
reasons thereof. Depending on the merits and genuineness of the case, late
registration is permitted till August 09, 2023. Late registration requests without
payment of 1st Installment of Program fee and Caution Deposit will not be considered.
Proof of Eligibility: The students passed in Class XII or its equivalent in any
discipline are eligible for admission. The students, whose results are awaited, will be
issued Provisional Admission. Such students need to submit their proof of eligibility
latest by August 16, 2023. The Provisional Admission of students who fail to submit
proof of eligibility/who have not met the minimum eligibility requirements by August
16, 2023 stands cancelled.
Admission Fee: The Admission Fee of Rs. 5,000 is to be paid along with fee
remittance form (Annexure I). Non-payment of admission fee will lead to
cancellation of the provisional admission.
Program Fee: The details of fee schedule and fee remittance form are given in
Annexure II and III.
Submission of Documents: You will have to submit the following documents when
you report for registration:
a) Copy of Provisional Admission Letter.
b) Duly filled in Personal Data Form (Annexure IV)
c) Health Record duly certified by a registered medical practitioner (Annexure V).
d) Two recent passport size and one stamp size photographs.
e) Self-attested copies of mark sheets of X,XI and XII Classes.
f) Bank Draft towards applicable fee for Semester-I along with filled in Fee
Remittance Form or the fee receipt in case the fee is paid in advance.
You are required to produce your original certificates for verification on the day of
registration. The registration officials will check the original certificates with the self-
attested copies and return the originals to you. Please do not forget to collect
your original certificates after registration.
The detailed academic guidelines, conduct rules and regulations followed at FOC, The
ICFAI University, Raipur are informed through Student Handbook which will be provided
to you at the Campus.
Hostel: Separate, Hostel facility for Girls and boys are available inside the University
Campus. Student seeking accommodation in the hostel may contact Dr. Manish
Upadhyay ([email protected]) for hostel fee and other details.
Transport Facility: The University provides transport facility for students on
payment basis to commute from city to campus and back.
Commencement of Classes: Commencement of classes for Semester-I is scheduled
on August 03, 2023(Tentative).
