VI. HIGHLIGHTS
The meeting commenced with the State of Instructional Leaders’ Address
delivered by the principal. The address provided an overview of the current
academic year, highlighting key achievements, challenges faced, and future goals.
The principal praised the dedication of teachers and staff in maintaining high
educational standards despite the ongoing challenges. Special emphasis was
placed on the innovative teaching methods adopted to enhance student
engagement and learning outcomes.
Following the address is the announcement of academic achievers and
conduct awardees. The committee presented a detailed report on students who
excelled academically and those who demonstrated exemplary conduct throughout
the year. Criteria for selection were revisited to ensure transparency and fairness.
It was agreed that a special assembly would be organized to celebrate these
students, encouraging their peers to strive for similar excellence.
The moving-up ceremony for students transitioning to the next grade level
was another key agenda item. Plans for a memorable and meaningful ceremony
were deliberated. The adviser outlined the ceremony’s program, including call
time, dress code, and venue. Logistics such as venue preparation, invitations, and
safety protocols were also discussed to ensure a smooth event.
The meeting concluded with an open forum, where parents and guardians
could voice concerns and suggestions, fostering a collaborative environment for
continuous improvement.

Overall, the meeting was productive, setting a clear direction for the
upcoming activities and ensuring all stakeholders were aligned on the priorities for
the remainder of the academic year.
