INTRODUCTION:
This unit covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes to lead small teams including
setting, maintaining and monitoring team and individual performance standards.

OBJECTIVES:
At the end of this module, you should be able to:

 Establish and effectively communicate clear, measurable performance


expectations that align with organizational goals.
 Implement a comprehensive performance management system that
utilizes measurable criteria, consistent monitoring, and effective feedback
to ensure team members achieve individual and organizational goals
 Recognize company policies, communication tactics, and team building
techniques for effective leadership.
 Assign tasks according to each team member's expertise and areas of
strength to maximize output.
