SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR FUNDS FOR ORIENTATION FOR OCTOBER 2024

I request an amount of Ghc 2000 to help organize the October 2024 orientation. The breakdown
is as follows:
1. 25 packs of water @ Ghc 30 = Ghc 750

2. 15 packs of lunch for staff present @ Ghc 50 = Ghc 750

3. Honorarium for personnel from Student loan = Ghc 500
