I write to request for an accountable imprest of Three Thousand Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (Ghc
3500) to buy water for the members of staff and students from 20/02/2024 to 24/02/2024 during
the faculty and general orientation.
Again to rent canopies for the programme, provide lunch and transportation for our external
visitors we will invite for the general orientation on the 24/02/2024.
