ABSTRACT
Employee engagement has been receiving attention over the years. Organizations are taking
initiatives to create a positive healthy work environment. In recent years, there has also been an
increase in initiatives for engagement and its impact. In this research paper, the focus has been on
Employee benefits and its impacts on employee engagement. The purpose of this study is to
examine whether ‘Employee Benefits’ have an impact on ‘Employee Engagement’ and to find if
other relationships might exist between them. From the data collected it is reported that the
employees are satisfied with benefits like flexible work arrangements and professional
development programs contributed to their engagement. Ultimately, investing in employee
benefits is not just a perk but a strategic imperative that drives long-term business success by
creating a positive loop of heightened engagement, productivity, and retention. Benefits like health
insurance not only support their personal life and their family but also make them feel valued and
appreciated in the workplace.
Data has been collected through circulation of a questionnaire. The sample size consists of 55
respondents belonging to various departments belonging to S2 Integrators. Statistical tools such as
Chi-square test, t-test, ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis have been used to
interpret the data. The results of the research indicate a strong relationship between Employee
benefits and its impacts on employee engagement.
