    O R D E R:-

    In the reference 1st read above, the Director of Handlooms & Textiles
    and Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to
    accord permission to participate in Bharat Tex 2024, a global mega textiles
    event from 26th to 29th February, 2024 as Partner State / Focused State
    partnership and also request for sanction of Rs.5.00 crores to participate as
    Partner State / Rs.3.00 crores for participate as Focused State partnership.
    2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (EBS.VII) Department,
    have released a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.3,00,00,000/-
    (Rupees Three Crore only) Scheme as Additional Funds towards meeting
    the expenditure for Bharat Tex, 2024 a global mega textiles even from 26 th
    to 29th February, 2024 in relaxation of quarterly regulation and treasury
    control orders pending provision of funds by way of obtaining
    supplementary estimates for the financial year 2023-2024 under the
    following scheme.

    3) Accordingly, Government after careful examination of the matter


    hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.3,00,00,000/-
    (Rupees Three Crore only) towards meeting the expenditure for Bharat Tex,
    2024 a global mega textiles even from 26th to 29th February, 2024 in
    relaxation of quarterly regulation and treasury control orders pending
    provision of funds by way of obtaining supplementary estimates for the
    financial year 2023-2024 under the above scheme.

    4) The Director of Handlooms and Textiles and Apparel Export Parks,


    Telangana State, Hyderabad, is also authorized to draw and disburse the
    amount sanctioned in para (3) above, to the concerned and take further
    action in the matter.
    5) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.VII) Department
    vide their U.O.No.351/14/EBS.VII/A2/2024, dated:16.02.2024.
