Project Proposal
The goal of this project, Customer Retention Analysis and Strategy Development Tool, is to
provide a data-driven toolbox for predicting and identifying the elements that affect customer
retention and churn. The application will assist companies in better understanding their
clientele, putting targeted retention plans into place, and enhancing customer loyalty through
the use of data analytics and visualization approaches.
Project Objectives
Data Analysis and Identification: Examine past customer data to find important metrics that
affect customer attrition and retention.
Predictive Modeling: Create a machine learning model that forecast the likelihood of
customer attrition, assisting companies in anticipatorily identifying vulnerable clients.
Impact
By demonstrating strong analytical, modeling, and visualization skills that are immediately
applicable to positions in data analysis, business intelligence, and customer relationship
management, this project will improve my résumé. It will show that I can solve complicated
business problems with data-driven solutions, which is a skill that is in high demand across
many industries. I will be able to demonstrate my practical experience in interviews by
presenting the toolkit's tangible, quantifiable results (such as model accuracy rates and
consumer engagement insights).
