due to illegible or malfunctioning mobile numbers or due to the incorrect
format of uploaded mobile numbers.
Sprint will also not be responsible for any delivery-related issues &
service-level assurances at the intended receiver’s end.
SMS message delivery will be beyond the control of the service provider and
is network dependent. We try our best to use the best possible links, but even
these are dependent on various interconnect telecom networks. The best
possible delivery is about 98% success rate.
In case Sprint SMS services are used for marketing or product promotions
any customer complaints on this, Sprint will not be liable for any legal or
commercial terms and if there are any costs at our end on this, these will be
transferred 100% to the client
