4.1- Unpacking and Inspection

Do not bottom up when unpacking. After unpacking the camera and accessories,
keep the packing materials properly for future after-sale service when necessary.

Check carefully the product and the accessories against the packing list supplied by
the manufacturer and see if there is any damage.

The contents should include the following:


 Vertical stand
 Power cord
 S-video cable
 Silicon Handle Sleeve
 Packing list

In addition, the options and accessories that have ordered will arrived together. In
case of any part missing, please contact with the local representative

If any damage arises during shipment, please keep the packing material for future
check and contact the local representative.

Please check all accessories and main unit according to packing list, and make sure
they are in accordance with your order.

Please fill in the product warranty card carefully and post it back within one month.

4.2- Installing condition

To ensure electric assembly safety, the environment shall be reasonably dust free,
without the existence of corrosive or combustible gas, or extreme temperature
changes or humidity.

Keep the device at least 5cm from the wall for good air ventilation.

Please note that extreme temperature can affect the accuracy of the colposcope and
damage accessories or circuit.

Please ensure that there is no water condensing in the device before using. When the
device is moved between buildings, water condensing happens because of the
exposure to humidity and temperature changes.

Operating room should be ventilated, free of shock, noise, strong power. And direct
sunlight is also forbidden.

To ensure safe use, user must provide standard three-prong power socket and ensure
proper connection of earth protection especially when used together with microwave
machine or high frequency unit.

4.3- Installation Requirements

4.3.1 Environment Requirements

 Working area
Vertical stand: 2000 cm2

 Ambient temperature: 5C – 40C

 Humidity: ≤ 80%, dust free.

 Power Supply Requirements


AC 100~240V, 50/60Hz
The wall socket shall be properly earth contacted

4.3.2 Power Requirements

Electric voltage supply: AC 100~240V, 50/60Hz


Input power: 60VA

4.4- System Installation

4.4.1 Installation of Vertical Stand

After unpacking the colposcope, assemble the stand first. Follow the steps one by one:

1. Take out the vertical stand. Hold its middle part, and put its bottom out of the
middle hole of the star base.

2. Insert the nut and turn it clockwise to fasten the star base.

3. Put the camera cable into the vertical upper stand as shown in Fig 4-3

4. Pull the cable out of the upper half stand. Fix the camera on twin axis adapter.

5. Plug the cable connected to ensure the reliable connection. Please refer to Fig. A
to fix the cable.

6. Fix the stand by turning it clockwise.

7. Till now, the installation is completed.

4.4.2 Camera Installation

1. Assembly of Camera

First use right hand to pull ③ outside by 90°, then pull the camera cable into vertical
stand pole, at the same time, use left hand to grasp camera handle, put ① into slot of
②. Release ③ and fix camera on ②.

2. Disassembly of Camera

1. Set the fixing handle outside by 90° with right hand, hold the hand grip and uplift
the camera from then twin axis adapter with left hand, release the fixing handle.

2. Turn the pull-tap counterclockwise and take out the camera base.

3. Take off the camera cover

4. Screw the three nuts off the handgrip with cross point screwdriver, and then
screw the encryption screw off “A” position in the following Figure.

6. Take out the control panel and CCD.

7. Take the lens junction seat and camera base off the font CCD

8. Screw the nuts off the camera control panel with cross point
screwdriver, separate all parts, then damaged parts could be repaired or replaced.

4.4.3 Connect Computer and Camera

1. Plug Mains power cable into power supply outlet on the power box, and then
connect the other end of cable to standard power socket.

2. Plug the connection cable (D-type 9pin) into the outlet on the back panel of the
power box, and the other end to the display equipment, such as Monitor or TV
set.
