RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Rental Agreement is made and executed on this the 23 rd day of Oct, 2024 at
Hyderabad.
Between:
MR. GADDAM SREENIVASULU, S/o V G VENKATAIAH ,Aged about 42 years
having Pan BSKPG3502, R/O: PLOT NO 21, SAI COLONY, MIYAPUR,
HYDERABAD- TELANGANA-500049.
(Hereinafter called the “THE LAND LORD OR House OWNER “of the Property.)
AND
MR. MR. VENKATARAJA SOORA S/o RATHAIAH SOORA ,Aged about 31 years
having Pan JNHPS9409C, FLAT NO 502, MADAN NIVAS, MATRUSREE NAGAR,
MIYAPUR, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA-500049.
1) As desired the House owner, the tenant has paid deposit of Rs.48,000/- (Rupees
Fourty Eight Thousand only) which would be refundable at the time of vacating
the premises. This deposit amount of Rs. 48,000 /- (Rupees Fourty Eight
Thousand) is paid by cash as on 23rd day of Oct, 2024.
2) That the tenant agreement in respect of the said house is for 11 months
commencing from 23rd day of Oct 2024 and shall be extended for further period
with an enhancement of rent @ 5% p.a. with the mutual consent of both the
parties.
3) That the tenant shall pay separately the Electricity Charges as per Consumption,
charges to the offices concerned. The owner has no objection if the tenant desires
to sublet the flat.
4) That owner shall pay the required taxes to the Govt such as Property Tax, Water
Tax, Sewerage Tax etc., and allow the tenant to conduct his business peacefully.
5) The flat owner and the tenant are liberty to serve a two months notice if they
desire of vacating.
6) Executed by both the parties signed and subscribed their signature to this Rental
Agreement on 23rd day of Oct, 2024 first above written.
