Congratulations Welcome to NUMAX ENERGY SOLUTIONS

Further to the interview we had with you, we are pleased to offer you an Appointment in our
Organisation as Executive (Inventory & Logistics) At Chennai.
Your Appointment in the Organisation will be on the following terms &conditions:

1.You will be reporting to Mr. K Prakasam - Service department

2.Your service will be under Probation period for 6 months from the Date of Joining and
Employment will be confirmed considering your Performance.

3.Your monthly remuneration would be as per Annexure I


4.Other Terms and Conditions are outlined in Annexure II

5.After completion of Probation Period, you will be given the Additonal Benefits declared in
Annexure II of your CTC for ESI, PF and Gratuity.

Please sign all the pages of this letter as well as all the annexures and mention your full name
Against all your signatures as a token of your acceptance.

Note*: Deduction will vary depending on the days worked and gross salary calculated.
ANNEXTURE II – Other Terms and Conditions
1.Personal Partilculars:
You will keep us informed of any change in your residential address, your family status or any
other Relevant particulars.
2.Working Hours:
The regular working hours of the company are from 9.00AM to 5.30PM(office timings)
including lunch break and tea break.
You may also be required to stay beyond working hours whenever required due to exigencies
of work and whenever called by the Management.
3.Late comings:
The Company follows a strict time schedule and late comings are discouraged, unless otherwise
notified by you in advance. (As per Company Policy)
4.Assignment, Transfer and Deputation:
Though you have been engaged to a specific position, the company reserves the right to send
you on deputation/ transfer / assignment to any of the Company’s branch offices in India or
abroad, whether existing at the time your time of appointment or to be set up in future but due
to such transfer your emoluments shall not be adversely affected.
5.Secrecy / Confidentality:
You will not during the course of your employment with the company or at any time there after
divulge or disclose to any person whomsoever including competitors and former employees,
make any use whatsoever for your own purpose or for any other purpose other than that of the
company of any information or knowledge obtained by you during your employment as to the
business or affairs of the company including development, process reports and reporting
system and you will during the course of your employment hereunder also use your best
endeavour to prevent any other person rom doing so.Failure to do so and on your part may
result on legal action against you and the person to whom the information was divulged.
6.Termination of service:
Either party can terminate this employment by service a notice of one month, on the other you
have to serve and accept that the company may at its option pay salary in lieu of the notice
period to terminate employment with immediate effect.On failure of completion of notice
period, you are liable to pay an amount upto one month salary which is at the discretion of the
company.
7.Unauthorised absence or absence without permission from duty for a continuous period of 7
days would make you lose your lien on employment.In such case your employment
automatically come to an end without any notice or termination or notice pay.
You will be governed by the laid down code of conduct of the company and if there is any
breach of the same or non conformance of contractual obligation with the terms and conditions
laid down in this appointment order your services can be terminated without any notice not
withstanding any other terms and conditions stipulated herein,, the company reserves the right
to invoke other legal remedies as it deems fit to protect its legitimate interest.
8.Appointment in good faith:
It must be specifically understood that this offer is made based on your proficiency on technical
/ professional skills you have declared to possess as per your application for employment and
your ability to handle any assignment / job independently.In case at a later date any of your
statements / particulars furnished are found to be false or misleading or your performance is not
up to the mark or fails short of the minimum standard set by the company, the company shall
have the right to terminate your services forthwith without giving any notice not with standing
any other terms and conditions stipulated therein.
You have to submit the following testimonals while joining duty.
1.Attested xerox copies of Educational qualifications.
2.Attested copy for the Proof of Age.
3.Attested copy of professional experience details in chronological order if any
4. 2 Passport size photos
5.Last three months Pay slips from previous employer.
6.Experience and Relieving Letter from previous employer
7.Pan card and Aadhaarr copies
8.Staff Joining Report (NUMAX) with complete particulars.

The above terms and conditions are based on the companys’s policy procedures and any other
rules currently applicable and are subject to amendments and adjustment from time to time.In
all matter including those not specifically covered retirement etc you will be governed by the
rules of the company as shall be in force from time to time
