Book Bank Management System is a platform in which it can manage the distribution and
tracking of books in school library’s.It allows students to borrow and return books. It helps
maintain inventory, monitor book availability, and ensure proper record-keeping for students or
members borrowing books.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of Book Bank Management System is to manage the borrowing and returning of
books while providing users with easy access to information about available books.It enhances
user experience,and promote reading and learning within community setting.

A Book Bank Management System efficiently organize and manage the borrowing and
returning of books,providing the users with easy access to catalog of available books,allowing
them to search,borrow,and return books more efficiently.
GLOSARRY OF TERMS
Book Catalog - List of all available books,including details like title,author, and availability
status.
User Management - The Process of registering and managing user account.
Borrowing - The act of checking out a book for a specified period of time.
Returning - The process of bringing back a borrowed book to update its availability status.
Due Date - The date by which a borrowed book must be returned.
Over Due - A status indicating that a book has not been returned by its due date.
Admin Panel - The Backend interface for administrators to manage the system and user
accounts.
