English Lesson 1: Introductions and Greetings Welcome to your first English lesson!

In this lesson, we'll focus on introductions and basic


greetings. Introductions To introduce yourself, you can say: "Hi, I'm [Your Name]." "Hello, my name is [Your Name]." For example: "Hi, I'm Anna."
"Hello, my name is Pete." When introducing someone else, you can say: "This is [Their Name]." "Let me introduce [Their Name]." For example:
"This is my friend, Anna." "Let me introduce my coworker, Pete." Greetings Some common greetings in English include: "Hello" "Hi" "Good
morning/afternoon/evening" You can respond to greetings by saying: "Hello/Hi [Their Name]." "Nice to meet you." "It's nice to meet you too." For
example: Anna: "Hello, I'm Anna." Pete: "Hi Anna, nice to meet you." Pete: "Good morning!" Anna: "Good morning, Pete. It's nice to meet you."
Practice Try introducing yourself and greeting someone: "Hi, I'm [Your Name]." "Hello, my name is [Your Name]. Nice to meet you." You can also
try introducing a friend or coworker: "This is my friend, [Their Name]." "Let me introduce [Their Name], my coworker." Remember to practice
using the appropriate greetings and responses. Have fun with it!
