IA ORDER
1. The Applicant has preferred this Application for modification of
condition no. 8(f) imposed by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2024 while
ordering to enlarge the Applicant on anticipatory bail.
2. Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant submits that vide the
aforesaid condition the Applicant was required to deposit his Passport before
the concerned Trial Court within two weeks from the date of that order.
However, since, the Passport of the Applicant was with the Visa Agent for
procuring visa for Hajj purpose, he could not deposit the Passport in the
stipulated time. He submitted that now the Passport is received and the
Applicant shall deposit the passport before the concerned Trial Court within a
period of one week from today.
3. Heard learned Advocates for the parties. Rule. Learned APP Mr. Jay
Mehta waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the Respondent - State.

4. Learned APP has opposed the Application.
5. Having regard to the cause shown in the Application, the Condition No.
8(f) is modified to the effect that the Applicant shall deposit the Passport before
the concerned Trial Court within a period of one week from today. The
Application stands allowed accordingly. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid
extent.
