“Collins” Germany.
At” Khosla” the plant is a mechanically operated automatic extrusion and
wire drawing system which is a continuous process where tons of solder
wires are extruded without break.

Rosin Flux Core Solder Wire are

Rosin is Water White Grade. Non-
Corrosive And Mildly Activated in nature.
The application of this solder wire is vast
in industries like lamp Industries,
Electrical, Electronics Assembling, but not
for use on Aluminum.

Urea Fluxcore Solder Wire

Khosla Urea Core Solder Wire

manufactured from virgin quality non-
ferrous metal Ingots. The application of
this Solder Wire is mainly in Oil Filled
Capacitor. The specialty of urea flux is
that it does not contaminate oil of
capacitors and does not affect its
electrical parameters.

No Clean Fluxcore Solder Wire

It provides excellent Solderablity and high

reliability. The flux residue requires no
cleaning due to Physico-Chemical
characteristics of the core Flux. Exhibits the
absolute minimum of clear residue after
soldering, with no offensive Odours
generated during use. It is suitable for full
assembly work, re-work and post cleaning
assembly.

 Khosla Solder Sticks are available in

Casted & Machine Extruded Forms with
Uniform distribution of Tin/Lead Alloy.
 Sticks are also available in customized
shapes and sizes.
 We have developed special Solder
Sticks for Electronic Assemblies, which
ensures good quality surface after
soldering. These soldering sticks are
developed by advanced casting method,
which ensures low inherent oxide levels
and high aesthetical values
 Lead Free Solder Wires And Sticks

 We manufacture RoHS compliant Lead Free Solder Wires and Sticks.

 We have different compositions available in Lead Free, to name some we
have Tin/Copper, Tin/Silver/Copper, Tin/Silver.
 This compositions can be varied as per customers requirements.
 Lead Free Solder Wires are Also available in Solid and flux core type.
Soldering Fluxes

 We make fluxes of All Types -Metal Halide, Rosin Activated, Mildly

Activated Non-Activated ,with or without Halide in Liquid and Paste forms.
 We also have range of No-Clean Fluxes which saves the cleaning
operation post soldering.
 Khosla No-Clean Flux is available in halide & halide free Rosin / Resin
Organic Flux designed for Wave Soldering of Conventional and Surface
Mount Circuit Board Assemblies.
 AL” Liquid Flux is also available for Aluminum Assemblies.
 Solder Paint-for Automobile, Steel/ Copper Tube Soldering is available
 Khosla “Z” Flux –used on Copper / Brass /Steel/ Stainless Steel
Assemblies. It needs to be cleaned after soldering.
