God’s Timing isn’t always our timing.

He may not work things out the way we planned,

but rest assured that all things work together for good to them that love God.

This school year has been a great challenge to all of us. From going
through a pandemic to surviving storms. We are a living proof that God will
never leave us nor forsake us. He shines every shadow, and win every
battle. Only if we humble our selves and acknowledge that all glory belongs
to Him. By His grace, we are standing still, holding fast without wavering.
We only see each other’s faces on screen, learn from our own homes, and
talk in a distance. We have no choice but to embrace this new normal.
But this awarding ceremony is a momentum that there is a reward
awaiting after hard work and labor.
So, to start this virtual ceremony, let us welcome the HGCLC Pupils, Teachers, Guest,
and the Administrators for the Processional March!
- Processional March -
Everyone shall rise as we have our opening prayer to be led by Pastor Harley Codilla
and remain standing for the National Anthem and Lapu-Lapu Hymn to be conducted by
Ms. Christine Pojas and the pledge to the Bible and the Christian Flag by our students,
Theo G. Pabatang and Reyanna Samuyag.
- PRAYER & NATIONAL ANTHEM –
It is overwhelming to hear the Inspirational Message from Madame Lorna B Samuya, an
Education Program Specialist from Department of Education. Let us welcome her with a round
of applause!
- Words of Welcome –
Thank you, Madame Lorna. Today’s event is not complete without being graced by the Word of
God through a special man of sincere service and action. To know about him, let us be all ears
to the Inspirational Message from one of our Board of Trustees and Pastor. All the way from
New Zealand, let us hear it from Pastor Adrian C. Codilla.
- - INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE –
Thank you for the words of Wisdom, Pastor Adrian. Truly, true satisfaction and joy can only
be found in Jesus Christ alone. Thank you for parents for listening attentively. AND NOW,
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, YOU ARE ABOUT TO WITNESS VIRTUALLY THE MAIN
HIGHLIGHT OF TODAY’S EVENT – The Awarding of our Deserving Pupils. At last, you can now

We know that True hope is found in Christ alone. Now more than ever, people want to have hope, and in a world
where it often seems elusive; it is wonderful to know that in Christ alone we can find confident hope. He is our light,
our strength and our song. Let’s hear this special number from Marc Jonah Malagapo, a Grade 1 Pupil.
