Malaysian Financial Reporting Standard (MFRS”) 124.

the requirement of MFRS 124 Related Party Disclosure and Chapter 10 of the Listing Requirements. A copy of MFRS 124
can be found at the Malaysian Financial Accounting Standard Board (MASB) Website: www.masb.org.my > Our
