from 160 to 240 seats from the session 2024-25 .
This has reference to your letter No. DITM/MDU/2023/171 dated 28.10.2023 on the
subject cited above.
In this connection, it is stated that as per Public Notice for approval process 2024-25
circulated by the AICTE, all the stakeholders intend to establish New Technical Institution(s)
and Institutions(s) offering (or) intend to offer BBA/BCA/BMS Programmes/courses shall
submit an online application on “National Single Window System (NSWS)" as per the
provisions laid down in Approval Process Handbook (APH) 2024-25 to 2026-27. The said
Public Notice has been circulated to all the Institutes/Colleges (running BBA and BCA
Program) including your Institute affiliated with this University vide email dated 10.01.2024.
Accordingly, your request under, reference for grant of provisional affiliation for
additional intake in BCA Programme from 160 to 240 seats from the session 2024-2 shall
be considered only after receipt of approval letter issued by the Central Body ie. AICTE.
Therefore, you are required to submit the Extension of Approval (EoA) letter from the
Central Body i.e. AICTE for additional intake in BCA Program forifrom the session 2024-26.

Kindly refer to your proposal regarding establishment of new College i.e. Delhi Institute of
Technology & Management, Gannaur, Sonepat (A Jain Minority Institute) on the above noted

‘The Executive Council vide Reso. No. 53(43) ofits meeting held on 20.07.2023 has approved the
recommendations of the Inspection committee which visited your college on 04.07.2023 to check and
verify the various infrastructural facilies required for running B.Tech. (Civil Engineering- 90 seats,
Computer Science and Engineering- 120 seats, Electronics & Communication Engineering- 90 seats,
Mechanical Engineering- 90 seats), MBA-60 seats, BBA-160 seats and BCA-160 seats forifrom the
session 2023-24, for grant of provisional affliation to Delhi Institute of Technology & Management,
Gannaur, Sonepat (A Jain Minority Institute) and allow to grant provisional affliation to your college for
running above said programs w.e¥. the session 2023-24,

shortcomings pointed out by the Inspection Committee in its report (copy enclosed). The admissions to
the said courses shall be made through the competent authorized authority of the College/Institute by
following the schedule of admission prescribed by the State GovemmentAcademic Branch of this
University. The above provisional affiliation is granted with the following mandatory conditions:

2. The admissions will not exceed beyond the sanctioned intake.
3. The teaching and all other staff shall be appointed through properly constituted Selection

All academic, physical and other infrastructural facilities shall be continued to be
provided/upgraded by the institute as presoribed by the Central Body/University from time to time.
7. The institute shall furnish requisite documents and reports as called for by the University from
time to time in order to ensure proper maintenance of the infrastructural facilities and academic
standards.
8. The information furnished in respect of above courses shall be factual and correct. In the event of
any information found to be false, misleading or suppressed, the provisional affliation shall be

45, Staff: For the purpose of conduct of examinations, the services of entire teaching and non-
teaching staff will be at the disposal of the Controller of Examinations. The examination duties can
be assigned to any member of teaching and non-teaching staff which will have to be complied
with, in the interest of smooth conduct of examinations.
46, Strong Room: There will be a strong Room in the College at the prime location adjacent to the
office of the Principal to keep the confidential material of the University as and when required. The
Strong Room will essentially have double lock system.
You are, therefore, requested to complete the above requirements/conditions and send
compliance report of the same to the University at the earliest so that further action may be taken
accordingly. In case of non compliance of above conditions/ requirements, the University shall have the
ight to refuse the extension of provisional affiliation tothe institute for the next academic session.
