Terms of Sale:
1) No Surcharge will be applicable for Credit Card Payments unless explicitly mentioned.
2) Defective parts can be submitted for warranty at Elitehubs Mumbai outlet. Elitehubs will only provide the service of submitting the parts to the respective brand
service centers. The Replacement / Repaired / Refurbished part provided by the Brand's Official service center will be forwarded to the client as it is.
3) The parts must be picked up from Elitehubs Mumbai outlet by the client after the RMA process. The product can also be shipped to the client with courier charges.
4) The time required for the warranty process will be as per time required by the Service center as well as the transportation time required to submit & pickup the part.
5) Damages during shipping, if any, will be handled by Elitehubs. An uncut unboxing video of the Product is required to claim the same.
6) Unlimited Lifetime Free On-call and online Tech support will be provided in business hours. A time slot must be booked before each technical session.
7) Free on-site trouble-shooting services for 3 years will be provided with PC builds limited to 4 times/ month. (Mumbai only, for complete PC builds, with appointment on
8) Cleaning services are chargable. Deep Cleaning service requires the PC to be submitted at the outlet considering the time consuming nature of the service.
9) The PC will not include Wifi or Bluetooth unless a Wifi + Bluetooth Motherboard / Adapter is purchased.
10) The PC Will ship with a trial version of Windows 10 / 11 along with all the necessary drivers and testing softwares pre installed.
11) The PC can be viewed live at-outlet / on video-call. The same has to be informed atleast 2 Hours before the PC build starts.
12) Elitehubs is not responsible for damage done due to Overclocking / Changes in the hardware / Use of cracked software by the client.
13) Prices mentioned above are including professional assembly, clean cable management and 22-points testing at our lab.
14) Prices and parts will be locked, once an Advance / Token amount is paid.
15) A token amount may be paid to book the PC, but the process of building the PC will only start after atleast 50% of the total amount is paid.
16) The product will be dispatched from the Elitehubs outlet only after the full payment has been received.
17) In case of a cheque bounce, the penalty amount will have to be borne by the client.
18) On cancellation of the order by the client after the PC is built, 15% cancellation charges and convenience fees will be deducted from the total amount.
19) On cancellation of the order by the client before the PC is built, 5% cancellation charges and convenience fees will be deducted from the total amount.
20) Once the test report is shared with the client, the pending payment if any, has to be completed within 48 Hours of receiving the test report.
21) Failing to pay the pending amount in the due time will incur a Rs 250 charge per day per PC.
22) Elitehubs' support will be limited to the PC and other parts purchased along side it.
23) The PC will take 3-5 working days to be ready for dispatch. During sales, the time will be 5-7 days. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as work days.
24) There may be an additional delay if any issue is detected during stress testing or if any product ordered is out of stock.
25) The Product pics/videos if provided will be available for 1 month to download.
26) If a token amount is paid to place the order, the client must complete pay atleast 50% of the total order value within 72Hrs, post which the order will get cancelled.
27) If the order is cancelled after paying a token amount, the token amount will be returned after deducting convenience fees and other charges
