TERM & CONDITIONS
➢ GST: - 18% Extra over the estimated value.

➢ Payment Terms: - 50% Advance along with the PO & balance before dispatch
after satisfactory inspection of the container.
➢ Freight: - Extra at Actual (Subject to Change as per Transport service Provider.)
➢ Delivery Period: - 10 – 15 Days from the date of Purchase order or Advance.
➢ Unloading: - To be borne by the client.
➢ Validity: - The Quotation will be valid for 15 days from date of issue.
➢ Quality Inspection: - Inspection should be done and certified at our factory
site before dispatch of the container.
➢ Installation: - Installation of AC and Toilet will be client’s scope.
➢ Warranty: - 2 Years excluding the Electrical Fittings.
➢ Any Damage that occurs during transportation or Unloading will not be our
scope.
