UX Designer Associate: Assessment Project

Objective

We are looking to understand your UX design skills, with a particular focus on usability,
user-centered thinking, and attention to detail. Your assignment will help us evaluate how you
approach a real-world design challenge related to Recruit CRM.

Task A: Redesign the Admin Settings Page

What to Do: Redesign the Admin Settings page of Recruit CRM, considering usability, visual
design, and overall user experience.
● Focus on creating a clean, intuitive layout that simplifies navigation and makes it easy
for users to manage settings.
● Keep in mind best practices for accessibility, and ease of use.

Task B: Redesign the Recruit CRM Sourcing Extension

What to Do: Redesign the UI of the Recruit CRM Sourcing Extension with a focus on
improving ease of use and streamlining the candidate sourcing process from LinkedIn. Your
goal is to make the extension more intuitive, visually appealing, and efficient for recruiters.

Key Areas to Focus On:


● Sourcing Workflow: Simplify the candidate import process from LinkedIn to
Recruit CRM.
● Interaction Elements: Enhance the usability of buttons, and input fields,
making them more intuitive.
● Visual Design: Improve the overall look and feel of the extension while
maintaining brand consistency.
● Feedback Mechanisms: Provide clear visual feedback for actions like saving
candidates, errors, or successful imports.
