    FINAL DIAGNOSIS: Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma- DLBCL -Stage II


    R-IPI -0 (very good risk)
    For cycle 3 R-CHOP
    Height – 160 cms, weight – 55 Kgs, BSA- 1.56 m2

    CLINICAL SUMMARY: A 30 year old female, with no comorbidities, k/c/o DLBCL stage II now admitted for cycle 3
    RCHOP . O/E : PS-0, vitals stable, patient conscious, oriented, no pallor, no icterus, no cyanosis, no clubbing , no
    lymphadenopathy. CVS- S1,S2 +, RS- Clear, no adventitious sounds, Abdomen- non tender, no hepatosplenomegaly,
    CNS- no neurological deficits. After explaining the disease prognosis, cost and complications of the treatment, it was
    planned to start him on R-CHOP regimen. After obtaining informed consent cycle 3 day1 chemotherapy given on
    11.01.2017. She tolerated chemotherapy well and is discharged in stable condition .
