    Dear parents,

    Greetings!
    Please find the schedule and fee for the field trip venue for Grades 9 to 12. Students willing to join
    the trip should pay the amount by Friday 29th November 2024 and submit it along with the consent
    form attached.

    Kindly note that the deadline for payment of the fee is 29 November 2024 and no requests for late
    payment will be entertained thereafter. Last minute cancellations will not be possible.

    Please note the details given below:

    5TH DECEMBER 2024 9 TO 12 GIRLS 491 ALL DIVISIONS

    For those students joining the trip: Students will start from the theme park IMG DUBAI tentatively
    by 4:30/5:00 pm. For exact timing of return please contact the respective class teacher only after
    6:30pm. [Arrival depends on traffic on road]

    Students from Abu Dhabi will be dropped between 7:00 pm-7:30pm at common point: Nearby

    Students from Musaffah will be dropped at Bright Riders School between 6:45pm to 7pm.

    Important instructions:

     No student will be allowed to join the trip without the consent letter.
     All students are expected to come in regular school uniform.
     Carrying school id is a must.
     Students should behave properly and follow the instructions given by the teachers. Students
    will abide by all school rules and procedures while on the bus and the field trip.
     Adequate supervision by all teachers will be provided at all times for the safety of the
    students but we also expect students to take self-responsibility.
     Electronic gadgets can be carried but should be used judiciously.
     The school is not responsible for any electronic equipment that is lost, damaged or stolen.
     Eatables and cameras are not allowed inside the park.
     Though a meal will be provided at IMG, DUBAI you are advised to send some money with
    your child for purchasing food inside the park. However, dry foodstuff can be sent to be
    consumed later only in the bus.
     Parents are requested to collect the child from the pick-up points only after informing the
    Class teacher/Teacher In-charge.
     No student will leave the theme park without taking permission from the teacher and the
    Trip In-charge.
